I have a room only (one night prior to free dining) and a vac. package and my requests are listed on both.

Hmmm...maybe requests are only noted on room only reservations? I still haven't received anything except an invoice confirming my final payment, but there is no link attached to access the ressie. Guess I'll give them a call.....

My reservation was made direct with disney no TA invloved. I did have a super nice Cm that changed our dates for us. He did the room only since the FD promo don't start til the 28th. This isn't the conformation that I looked at threw the disney sight. That one is pretty basic and don't have the info that the one they send to your e-mail does. If you book online your conformation page will look diffrent than the one you get when you call it in. I do know that much.

My reservation looked the same last year with room request on it also.

I also have a room only reservation for late August. I called Disney to make my reservation; I never received an email confirmation. I can see my confirmation online, but, I can't see my requests (i.e. 70's, facing the lake).

I do remember being told that my requests have been noted (at time of reservation).

I think you are probably all set if you already called. Mine don't show online at all. This is the conformation that disney sends out after you call to your e-mail address. Sometimes you get them and sometimes you don't. The last time I called for my ME info I didn't get one.

Wow, I've never seen anything like that coming from Walt Disney Travel Company. I've stayed at Pop 7 or 8 times (I'm losing track) as well as Mods and Deluxe through the years and they've never noted my requests so that I can see them on my reservations.

Me neither. I've only gotten that type of information on a confirmation from DVC. In fact... people get pin codes and I don't! I wonder why things are different for different people?

For anyone who has been onsite, are there picnic tables along the Memory Lane or Hourglass Lake, or even benches?

Thinking about the possibility of grabbing food from the food court and having a pinic lunch with Dbf?

There are benches along the lake - some benches are designated smoking areas - If non smokers, be sure to check out the signs, so you'll not be at one or near one.

We were there June 19-25 and they were not working then. My kids were disappointed.

For whatever reason they aren't working at all. I don't think they have worked all year. They were working when we went last September.

Just got back from Pop. The Goofy Pop jets are still not working and I was told they may not again.

Overall we were disappointed with Pop compared to our previous experience at the All Stars.

I just got back last Saturday 7/2/2011 and it was disappointing that the goofy pop jets were not working, also the sign out front at the entrance has a the last P out so at night you were welcomed back to the PO resort. It seems that that Disney does not repair thing like they once did, before if it were out one night it would be fixed by the next night if not before.

That is odd we were there last September and it was the first p was out. But it was back working in a couple of days. But I agree the pop jets should be working.

That's really a shame about the water jets! It certainly isn't going to ruin my vacation, but I do know that my boys would have had a great time with those. Maybe they'll be back up and running when we go in September. KELLY, maybe they only run them in September and nobody knows that! I'll have to check them out and test the theory!
