Joy13 we were in building 5 second floor. I didn't have a bounce back offer in our room. But I just wrote down the code and the extension fom the flyer posted here and called the day we arrived to get the offer. It had to be booked buy the 24th and that was the day we checked in. The noisey neighbors weren't really a big deal my kids weren't exactly quite a few nights. It was mostly the night there door keep slamming shut like 10 times in a row. But I think at any resort that can happen.

I was just there. I didn't use peanut butter or jelly so I don't know about that. They have a dispenser with ketchup, mustard and mayo though. And yes, the frozen cokes are definately gone - but I did enjoy the sweet tea that replaced it. Other non-soda choices were blue powerade and lemonade - along with coffee, hotchocolate and tea (I'm talking for the mugs) I don't know if there was milk available for the mugs or not - I didn't see it, but I may have missed it. There is milk available as a beverage choice with QS meals though.

Did they have unsweetended iced tea by any chance?

We were probably pretty close then - maybe at the pool at the same time :) Yeah - those doors are noisy! We didn't check in until the 25th, so that makes sense. We aren't going back next year anyway - so it's no big deal.

Just booked Pop for 8 nights in July! YAY! It will be our first time there, although we have stayed off property many times, at all the All Stars and then CSR last year. I was booked as a Grand Gathering since we have 10 people/3 rooms, but I guess I don't really know what that means? I know there are a few special dinners/breakfast I saw on the wdw website but they seemed awfully expensive. She said I could book my ADR's thru them so I guess that is different than just booking online? I liked using the online ADR system. I am not sure we will all be eating together that often anyway. Anybody use a GG? TIA.

Never used GG sorry!! But we are doing 10 people/3 rooms at POP in Sept!! Haha!! But I dont' know if you guys are doing the dining plan or not...but if you do the regular dining plan you can use two TS credits for one of the dining experiences! I looked into grand gatherings and I really didn't see any advantage besides the dinners/breakfasts!:thumbsup2

Sorry if it's been asked -- the search feature is currently down.

Does anyone know exactly where the online check-in desk can be found? Is it between the registration area and the concierge, or is it further down the registration desk and nearer to the main entrance?

If you are facing the check-in desk it is all the way to the left. Close to the door where the bag drop off is.

We are staying at POP 12/12-18. We have grandparents coming in 12/13. We would like connecting dbl/dbl rooms on ground floor. Any suggestions on what to request?

Thank you!

Request: connecting rooms, ground floor.

Different arrival dates may make it difficult, though.

We used Grand Gatherings last January. The only benefit we took advantage of was keeping our three rooms together. We weren't really interested in any of the other dining options. I booked all my ADR's on my own. We ate a sit down meal together every night so we booked as soon as possible and had no problem getting the times we wanted.

I'm a little confussed about luggage service's. I will have an Owners Locker and know that I pick it up at luggage service (is that what it's called?) What are their hours of operation? I thought I read somewhere that they were only open until 2 or 3. I'd like to turn my Owners Locker in around 4 or 5 pm so that I dont have to deal with it early the next morning.

TIA

I was reading on the 1st page on the rooms and I am a little confused. Do all king rooms have roll in showers or just some of them?

We were just there last week and had room 9103 in the 80s section, ground floor with king bed, our shower was a regular tub not a roll in shower...hope this helps:thumbsup2
