Does it make sense to select at least one ride with the earliest available time as a tier 2 selection?

An early LL when you first plan to arrive in the park is recommended but it can be a Tier 1 or Tier 2, doesn't really matter. What matters is tapping into your first LL to unlock the Tiers and hopping.
