The Graduation Trip PTR

Ditto on loving your TRs
And
Ditto on the need for info on Paris, especially the Moulin Rouge. popcorn::
Was just reading Lonely Planet Paris Encounter and am busily planning the to-dos for the unDisney side of our Honeymoon!

Hah i was looking and my ticker and it would definately be shambolic to start my PTR!
Although im getting organised and have much of the trip booked and paid for :rolleyes1 :dance3:

A well planned trip definately makes life so much easier. Ive done my list of rides which are sub divided into must dos and would like to dos. I think there will be a similiar list for dining. But naturally this would be only the provisonal list until I ring to make reservations in about 4 and a half months!
Love planning. Its half the fun of going! And definately gets you into Disney mode and high spirits!

Hows studying and coursework going?

SL's cocktails were fab! You deserve a good night on the tiles after graduating.

As you know by now, you're in good company here with all of us obsessively planning :rotfl: I lolled at that - I've also got every attraction written out marked with "Must Do" "Do If Time" "Closed/Skip" or "EMH" :surfweb: I've always been for long trips so never had to do this before! The "Must Do" list is probably unrealistically long.... :confused3
Studying etc going ok...had my first exam on Wednesday there and think it went well enough. 3 more to go then I'm freeee! :yay: I'm doing a lot of campaigning in the Scottish elections as well so that's taking up lots of time too, haven't even had time to check the DIS very often. I promise to be back with a vengeance in a few weeks, planning my trip like crazy :woohoo:

Hello again! Doesn't seem like it was that long ago I wrote my PTR and now there are only 2 weeks to go
I've been incredibly busy and the weeks have flown in, and now I am finally free of uni! Feels weird to say the least, not to have anything to think or worry about but now I can get down to the much more pleasant business of trip planning.
I have booked Blue Lagoon, Cafe Mickey and Walts - just about to put together a proper itinerary. My poor friends...
I'm so excited!!! Can't wait to be back in the parks, in the sunshine instead of a monsoon like last year, also can't wait to stay in Sequoia Lodge for the first time, have cocktails, meet characters... waaah. Oh and Paris will be nice too, of course ;)

:cheer2: Congratulations on finishing Uni! :cheer2:

Have to say a big thank you for reminding me I need to book my restaurants! :thumbsup2

Have fun with your itinerary! :goodvibes

Congratulations on finishing Uni :banana::dance3::dancer:

You are going to have sooo much fun. And i really hope the weather is good to you not like it was for us in November

You mean to say you hadn't booked them already?! :scared1: Shocked ;)
Thanks for the congrats, so happy to be finished - DLP itineraries are way more fun than feminist theory.

Thank youuu :cool1: I'm already having so much fun being free of uni, can't even imagine how much fun I'll be having in DLP in 2 weeks time. I might explode with joy!
Fingers crossed for lovely weather, but even "not-horrible" weather would do :rotfl:
Off to make a packing list...

Well done on finishing Uni!!! :cool1: When are the results out? My nieces are studying like mad-women atm, they have their junior and leaving certificates starting next week (dont know what the equivilent is in Scotland :confused3 JC is taken at 15 and LC is taken at 17/18). My friends have also finished college/uni exams and are busy leaving the country asap!!
Its great to have a chilled out holiday after all the essays and exams.
I'd nearly go back to college just to have another excuse to book a DLP trip :rotfl2:

2 weeks left!!! Bet its after flying in! How did the campaigning go?

Congrats on finishing uni!

Just reading through the PTR - a friend recently went to Moulin Rouge and said it was brilliant (and well worth the money), sure you'll have a fab time!

The campaigning went great thanks, I'm an SNP member and we won the election with a massive unexpected majority at the start of May. All the slog was more than worth it! So life is good right now, so many fantastic things are happening! (Mods, sorry if not meant to mention politics on here...)
Not sure when I'll get my results, some time after I get back from DLP! Not thinking about that quite yet lol. Also moving into gorgeous new flat 2 days after we get back from DLP so won't even be too sad afterwards :) eeek in exactly 2 weeks we will be in Cafe Mickey!

I need to leave for my grad ball in an hour, I should be getting ready but instead I'm poring over this week's DLP timetable and making a more concrete plan :rotfl:
So, Wednesday! (i.e. 2 DAYS TIME WAAAAAH):

Just after reading your plan.....

Have a great night!!!

Great plans! You're so much more organised than me! My plans consist of, 'well I want to eat there, so lets be in that park at least on that day...'
Haha!
See you around the parks! If you spot me, say hi! :thumbsup2

Hope you had a good time at the ball :goodvibes and have a fantastic holiday. Looking forward to reading all about it. :wizard:
