I never did find the arch bandages, however I found "Hidden Arch Support" by Dr Scholls and have been wearing them. They are not a full arch insole insert thing, but a jell arch that is sticky on the bottom to stay attached to your shoes. I have worn them with my Clarks and they are very comfortable. I am going to try them with my Easy Spirit Heelriser's when I finally get them in the mail. I bought them online because they didn't have my size/color combo at my local JCP. If they feel good I will buy another pair to use solely with the Heelrisers.

Next up..I want TEVA sandles too! gotta break them in before we leave in 26 days!! I want to buy them for my kids as well. I hope they are as comfortable!

With the mention of Airlines and their policies regarding purchasing an extra seat for POOH sized people...has anyone had any experience with American Airlines? I'm worried I'll get on the plane and they will ask me to purchase another seat I'm about a size 20/22. I'm wondering if I can just sit with my 4 yr old who won't be bothered if I "spill" over to his seat

I love the TEVA's. I got them on EBAY. I have only worn them for a little bit of time but so far so good. They are exactly what I needed. I wanted a pair for AK because of the water ride, and also needed a pair for evening touring that went with my dresses. ( I didn't think my Easy Spirit sneakers would look too cute with my dresses or hold up well after Kali River Rapids )

I got my Easy Spirit Heelriser sandals yesterday in the mail and the lady who I placed the order with over the phone put in for a size 6, instead of a size 8. I got them after I had gotten the TEVA's in the mail and had worn them for about an hour. I decided I didn't need both and to just get a refund instead of getting the correct size in. I used that money to buy a new bathing suit top!!!

I also saw someone post that their pair of Easy Spirit sandals fell apart after water exposure??

Those of you who wear Tevas... do you have wide feet? My feet are wide across and also wide up and down, and the strap on the Tevas I've tried on dig into my foot and the flip flop just looks too small on the sides. Do they make wide width ones? Or do they maybe just need to be broken in? Also, PP said she wanted them for the water ride at AK, I'm guessing the Tevas do well in water then? One of my biggest pet peeves about flip flops is flip flops in the rain.. I have yet to meet a flip flop that doesn't make me slip and slide in the rain!

I have very narrow feet and the shoes fit me fine, but if my feet were to get swollen up like they used to when I was retaining water really bad, they would not fit. I didn't see any wide shoes listed online.

The pair I bought has a very textured bottom and they are also not flip flops. I had to walk in water this weekend (after we got some Irene rain bands and our usual afternoon rain storms) and I did not have any slipping issues. However, I did try on a few other ones (Mush and madalyn wedges) and I don't think I would attempt to walk on wet, slick concrete with them. The only pair of flip flops that I haven't had slipping issues with are my Reefs.

Hello!! I will be going to WDW in 2 weeks and we currently have a nine day parkhopper but we are thinking about adding a water park in one of those days. I am a size 22 and I'm a little nervous about going to a water park because I have never been to one before. I have a few questions

1. Do pooh size people fit in the rafts, inner tubes, and those sort of things?
2. Will I get stuck in a water slide, probably a really stupid question but I really dont know?
3. I will be going with my mom who weighs 120lbs, and I know there are some rides where you have to ride with other people, will this work with her and I?
4. As a pooh size person will I be out of the ordinary compared to everyone else?

Any answers and advice would be great! Thank you so much

I'm 26/28 and was able to fit on all rafts, tubes, etc. You will fit right in with everyone.

The seat is about 17 inches across. You should be fine.

I apologize if this has already been asked and answered but Splash Mountain....I have not ridden on it since the lap bars have been installed. I just fit in comfortably if I ride solo. I am wondering if I am still going to be able to ride.

I have 12D feet. Big foot I have two pairs of Propets - travel walkers and a sandal type. Can't remember it's name off the top of my head. The sandals are really comfy with a lot of support, the travel walkers are very light and easy to walk in, though you may need an insert if you need a lot of arch support. I also purchased the travel walkers for my DD8, she's in adult sizes, wide foot, and she says "it feels like she is walking on a cloud."

I did that, and the planes I'll be on are measuring at 17.5 inches. I'm much bigger than 17.5 inches! Heck, I think my size 6 best friend is wider than 17.5 inches But thanks for the info anyways

I was much larger than your 20/22, and I fit into the seats, but I did need a seat belt extender. All planes carry them, so just ask discreetly, and they will discretely bring you one. You may be less comfortable than slimmer passengers, but you will fit just fine. Oh, one other issue is the tray tables. I couldn't lower mine flat, because of my pooh sized tummy, so I had to share my husbands. It wasn't a big thing though, cause they don't serve real meals any longer- just a boxed meal, if you choose one. Go, and have fun!

So I have a slightly off-Dis question: when we go to WDW in a month and a half we are also visiting Isle of Adventure to go to Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
I have read that the seats on the main ride there are small and there is a "three click rule" about the over-shoulder restraints, where the restraint must click 3 times and the tiny CMs will just shove and shove on them to try to get the restraints to click. I also read that they look for a certain body type to get into the tester chairs as people are waiting in line-- generally large people of course, but specifically people with a lot up top. We are very well endowed and I was wondering if any other busty people (or really anyone over a size 18/20/22) tried to ride and what their experiences have been like.
I really want to geek out on the ride but if my breasts are going to be crushed in the process I might decide to skip it and have a frozen butterbeer instead.

My DD 19 has a large chest, and she said it was extremely uncomfortable, and there were rides she could not fit into. She's not really pooh sized, except up top. I know I can trust Disney rides to fit.

they have seats outside the ride where you can sit and try and they will come latch them I was fine fitting with room but it would not go over my husbands shoulders.

I found the arch bandages at Walmart, after I all but gave up on finding them. I haven't had a chance to use them yet so here's to hoping, right!!
