I like to have stock in the freezer and this is the easiest and cheapest way...don't think I am all Rachel Ray!!

Betsy, if you aren't using the chicken for the soup pull it off the bone and use it for chicken caserole. I have a great recipe that is amazingly easy to make. (chicken, stuffing, cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup and butter)

She is a caterer from the Hamptons...she makes really good food. I kinda think she is a high brow..but she makes great stuff!

Kate and I are off to Target and a swim party ( who makes a swim party in MARCH!!!)
We are going out tonight to celebrate her report card...but Rick got called in for overtime this morning, so it is just us girls..I must remember he makes more in one day of overtime than make in 2 week!! Yes...must remember!! Overtime is good...

Hi dudes!

A long day for the Crouton Clan, but we're home now and it's chill time!

We got started at 5:30AM today so we would have DS Bob to the college by 7:30 to take his SAT's. Then RJ, DD Kimmy and I shopped for 4 hours (Oh how fun for me!). Then we picked up Bob and had lunch at Olive Garden.
Aslo got new bathing suits for the girls. Wanna see? Me shall post a pic...
