Oh, UConn is going down, so you better think of something. And, I'm not tipping that delivery driver. Yeah, I tried to Google an authentic CN food dish, and I couldn't find anything. Moonlite BBQ has fed two presidents (Bush 1 and Clinton) and made locally. If your team gets lucky enough to win (or Calhoun pays the refs enough $), I'll ship you some BBQ pork or mutton. They seal and freeze it, so it ships well. It is served best on hamburger bun, pickle, and onion (if you like onion). I'll let you add those locally.

hummmm..... I can send you some made in CT maple syrup that my brother makes? That would be a good trade?

There was a character meal on the then known-as EMPRESS LILLY - but it wasn't Chef Mickey's. I'll have to do some digging in our honeymoon scrapbook to find it...we ate there one meal on that visit in '94

We ate at the Empress Room on the Empress Lilly for our Honeymoon in '94 too, NICE!!!!!!!
