No fever, no green stuff out the nose, no vomiting or diarreha (SP?). If they don't have any of those and their behavior is normal, they go to school.julia & nicks mom said:I need advice:
Julia has lost her voice - she seems fine otherwise - she tells me it hurts to talk
her breathing is fine and her energy level seems normal
she is on antibiotics and has been for 6 days now - would you send her to school?
the lost voice seems to be the only problem -
I know it seems ridiculous to ask you all what you think - she hasn't been to school in over a week but I can't bear the thought of sending her back and getting sick again!!
how do you make the decision that your child is ready to go back to school?
hoping she gets better.
Steffy - I know exactly what you are going through. We took my parents last year, who have never been, and I wanted them to see EVERYTHING.Steffy said:Okay DDA family, I really need you!!!
My older sister's birthday is next week. What I want to give her is a trip to the World. My World. She's 65+ and has never been....![]()
I am torn. If I go for the Christmas stuff (my first choice) I would have to go Nov. 30th to Dec. 5 or so. This will have to be a budget trip, but I would REALLY love to stay at the WL again.... She would love that...
If they offer the free dining again![]()
(yes, I can dream) then I would like to go then. That would be Sept 28th to Oct 4th....
My dilema... I want to give her a tshirt for her birthday telling her she's going to Disney. Do I put for Christmas and then if they offer the free food tell her we're going earlier, or do I give her a thsirt just with a "trip to WDW" on it? I want her to know I have really planned this and we're going.....
I really want to go to Candlight Proc., see the Osborne lights, go to MVMCP. Watch the cute show at EPCOT. Look at the lights come on at the countries and watch the holiday ending for Illuminations...Sip a hot toddy in the lobby of the WL. Sit on the beach and watch the ELP and the fireworks. Take the little boat to the MK or the CR and ride the monorail. She'll just love it. Hmmmm, I really, really, really need a balcony....they have nice balconies with a peek at the castle, woods view.... And I really want the dining plan, that was so cool.... She'd love that because then she wouldn't spend all of her time looking at the price of food and freaking out.....![]()

I'm a little bummed about Vince leaving for the NFL, but am trying not to be selfish and begrudge him his deserved success. He's such a great kid, and deserves such a chance for him and his family. He's done so much for our football program.
I was sad about the Dawgs, though - what happened??? At least they did make it a respectable game at the end - I thought I wasn't seeing right when it was 21-0!
julia & nicks mom said:Okay Steffy - here you go:
$2566 - Wilderness Lodge Sept.- October with Dining and 7 day park hoppers (2110 is the quote without dining which is where you price would be with free dining)
when I put in your December dates it told me there was no availability and then I tried to change the date and now the booking engine was down - but I would guess you would be looking at similar costs
If you buy DVC you could stay at the poly for 350 points for a lagoon view - I say this b/c if you bought now let's just say 200 points - I think you would get those points and then more points before your trip - so you would have 400 points you could use OR you could rent out 260 points at $10 each and have $2600 to pay for your Wildnerness Lodge view -
so that is something to think about -
I am still trying to figure things out for us.on the regular - it is 7 days for a DVC APTammi67 said:Hey, Kate, is that break even point based on the regular price for the AP or the discounted DVC price?
I would LOVE that!!!!KristineN said:Kate,
