Ok! The puzzles are done, all 7 of them! They sort of read like a greeting card, but I'm proud of the way they turned out. Well, the words anyway -- the actual 'designs' are pretty lame since I had to do it without the use of a computer to hide behind! :rotfl: Also, the one that was supposed to be a photo was not worth the effort. I ruined two puzzles trying to figure out how to separate the pieces with the picture on it. Something just wasn't clicking apparently! :confused3

Have a good night!! :goodvibes

Jennifer, I am sure they turned out great, Kyle will appreciate them no matter what. I sure hope your headache goes away.

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I may not make it to Vegas...I am sooooo tired trying to organize, and pack and schedule stuff for the kids..making sure all the little things get done. Bill on the other hand is watching TV... :furious:

I need to be like our vising pal Mickey and take time out to smell the roses!!!

Love the pic of Mickey!!! He has done more with you than he ever did with me. The girls wanted to keep him pristine for our trip to WDW so the poor boy sat in a rocking chair surrounded by my Eeyores.

Take a deep breath and smell the flowers with Mickey. :flower3:

Kristine - maybe if you weren't playing with Pal Mickey you might be able to get ready for your trip ;) I hope you have a great time!!!!

Denise - sending you PD for Rees tomorrow

Becky - I hope things seem better tonight - I say chuck your jobs and work at the camp for the summer - then you can find ONE fabulous job in the fall!!!

Paula -

did you PM me Bethie's fever?

At 5:30 am we heard Nick sobbing - Steve found him on his way down the steps and very disoriented - he brought him into bed and I didn't even have to take his temp to know he had a fever! He refused any medicine and fell asleep immediately (Nick always refuses meds so the Doctor has told me as long as he is able to sleep and is drinking I can let the fever go as long as it doesn't go too high)

He woke up this morning at about 8:30 and asked for the TV - I asked if he wanted a drink or meds and he said no - he says nothing hurts - so I let him lay there - my wild child has not gotten off my bed yet today - he did drink some juice and the fever is about 102 (he won't sit still for me to know for sure)

I am so tired!!

on the upside - DH brought me graeter's chocolate chip ice cream home last night - I stopped myself short of eating the whole pint!!!
:wizard: for Nick and you. Hope he feels better soon and you get some rest.

It is called the Main Street Diary -

if they print it in there you will get a copy - it is a very interesting read!!

Thank you Kate, I knew someone would know the name. I should have as I worked as a CM at WDW and received them each time they are printed but could not for the life of me remember the name. If I felt like getting up and looking I could have found one but I did not.

How was Les Mis, Kate? and how is Nick doing?

AMAZING - I cry every time I see it - this was #4 - it is so interesting how your prespective changes over the years!! (okay I am really tired is perspective even a word - it just seems wonky to me!!)

Nick is sleeping - my mom said he perked up for a little bit when she made popcorn and played shark boy for a little bit but then laid back down - I think he was up for about 1/2 hour today

he is still hot and when I went into kiss him he said to me - "me still sick" poor little guy!!

Wow, a busy night. I read every word and hope I can do justice in remembering everything that I wanted to say.

Nick, Bethie, Marti and Jennifer :wizard: :wizard: I hope you all feel much better tommow. And Marti the letter looks wonderful.

Glynis, I am so sorry that your presentation didn't go off as planned. I hope that you are able to get it recorded tomorrow. How stressful. :confused3

Denise I hope that everything goes quickly and smoothly for Rees tomorrow. I know that this weekend will be stressful, but they really need to monitor him at his worst to be able to get him to be at his best. :grouphug: :grouphug:

Becky, It is good to see you posting again. I see that you are weighing your options. I hope that you can get yourself into a good place soon. :grouphug:

I know that there were other things that I wanted to post, but they escape me at the moment. So here is a little :wizard: :wizard: for the rest of the DDA.

How sweet!!

I will admit this now....I have never seen Les Mis  .

But I do love rereading books because of the same effect, they change because I have.

Ellie had a lot of problems when Mark left in Jan for 5 weeks, she is doing so much better this time.

I hope it gets better for you quickly.

Thanks. I admire you being able to do 5, I feel like a wimp about 1.

Colby had another guardian angel on duty today. We have a slide in our back yard that comes out of the top of their "tree House". It is about 15 feet tall. Colby was going down it today and about 1/2 way down fell off the side. I was in the house and heard him scream/cry. I'm guessing that he fell about 6 feet and according to him he landed on his head. Judging by the dirt on his shoulder I think that may have taken the brunt of the fall. He complained of his head hurting for at least 1/2 an hour and he wanted me to lay down and go to sleep with him. I kept him awake and his pupils were equal and reactive, he was able to move everything and visually seemed ok. I got the impression that he was more scared than anything. He wants us to take the slide down now, and it might be a good idea until he is older and able to better control himself. As a treat I had planned to take him to work with me this afternnoon for about 45 minutes until Chris got out of work and could pick him up as he can't go to my parents house with the Whopping Cough. I was glad to have him with me as I could keep an eye on him. He absolutely loved working with me and kept calling himself my helper. He did not want to leave and the customers really enjoyed having him seat them. He also said that he was all better before he left. Chris said that he acted completely normal tonight. I plan to wake him before I go to sleep just to make sure that he can be awakened easily and give me a little peace of mind. So there is my unfortunate story for today, but I'm thankful that all seems to be ok.

give one to Cassie for him
Sometimes she's a brat
and sometimes pretty sweet
And as sister-in-laws go
she can't be beat!

One to your mom
She's been there for us
she's my best friend
we can count on her
through thick and thin

I love Les Mis. I have a funny story about it. I was in about 8th or 9th grade and went on a chorus trip to New York City. We saw Les Mis on Broadway, one of my friends fell asleep how and or why I am not sure?? :confused3 At one point when the fighting began and they were shooting off the guns, she woke up and screamed really loud because she thought that people were trying to shoot her. She did not know where she was.

It was really funny, as you could see the actor's make some really interesting faces. She later saw Les Mis and really liked it and did not fall asleep. We had to tease her about her first adventure with it though. We were teasing her that we would tie her mouth closed so she could not scream.

Deb - I am glad Colby is okay!!

Jen - that is all I can come up - if you want more - tell me where you want to hide them
