I buy them every now and then, either Eggo or store brand. I like the blueberry. We each eat a couple every once in a while.

I used to eat these at least 2-3 times per week. For breakfast, for supper, didn't matter. But over the past 10 or so years, I've cut them out pretty much entirely

My kids went through phases where they would eat them regularly. We had mandalorian ones for a long time. I think one of them liked the chocolate chip ones. I like them, but hardly ever had one. Just the regular is my preferred. I kind of want one now! Real maple syrup though, none of that fake stuff.

Haven't bought them in years. They were in the stockpile of items we kept on hand for breakfast when our kids were still living at home:
1)Eggs
2)Eggo waffles
3) Frozen pancakes
4) Toast Strudels
5) Cereal
6) Real maple syrup
7) Lots of milk, including boxes of shelf stable boxed milk so we never ran out. That was a change as we used to keep instant powdered milk on hand.

My wife got a Disney gift card when she retired 5 years ago, and bought a Mickey Waffle Iron, so now we only eat fresh made waffles.

I remember doing news stories on the national shortage of Eggo Waffles in 2009 when they had to shutdown production at a couple of the plants due to issues.

I voted other. I felt like the poll was asking if people eat them frequently or don’t eat them at all, without any middle ground. I might eat them once or twice a year if they go on a good sale, but they are not something I seek out on a regular basis. I prefer pancakes to waffles, but French toast to either of those.

When I do buy them they are just the regular old Leggos, no fancy flavors, and I eat them with real maple syrup (which I keep on hand because of the French toast).

Yes, I always have Eggos in the freezer. However I have never eaten them as part of any official 'breakfast' (as in, sit at the table with Eggos on the plate with syrup), rather more like a grab-n-go thing where I just eat it like a piece of toast or a Pop Tart. I alternate between homestyle, buttermilk, blueberry, and strawberry. Although since I've never had homestyle and buttermilk together side by side I can't really say I've noticed any discernible difference between the two.

I’ll buy a box of frozen waffles maybe once a year, but not necessarily Eggo. Most of the time I make my own, but frozen are good enough when I’m too lazy to go to the effort.
Nope - I actually prefer what is now known as Pearl Milling Company (Aunt Jemima).
The good fake stuff is much better. 👍

Right now I have Dolly Parton syrup purchased when I was in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee last autumn.

I eat them. I don't really care what kind or brand but just like plain ones. I butter one, cut in strips, dip in a ramekin of syrup. So basically like a little kid LOL. Like 'em for breakfast or breakfast for dinner. Cheap on sale and fast/easy. DH does make homemade waffles and I really like those as well but cleanup is pain. Frozen waffles are cheap and cheerful.

My middle kid ate them a lot when she was a preschooler - always right out of the box, frozen. It always irritated me when the box would get left out - you are better off eating the box once they have gone soggy.

Yes, I've bought/eaten/liked several of those flavors of Eggos, but mostly when DS was little. I rarely buy them now.

I never eat them, mostly because I’m not a big breakfast person. My husband eats them often, so we always have a box in the freezer. He likes the home style and blueberry varieties. When my kids were little, they liked the Eggo minis, cinnamon flavor.

My great-grandmother ADORED Eggo Waffles and every morning she would eat them for her breakfast but my great-grandmother would only eat the original Eggo Waffles because for reasons unknown she disliked the Blueberry Eggo Waffles because they had a bitter aftertaste according to what my great-grandmother told me after my uncle bought some by accident. But Great-Grandma actually was the one that got me and my Mom started liking Eggo Waffles and to this day my family still eats them. I actually still like homemade waffles when my dad used to make them for special occasions but Eggo Waffles still are tops for my breakfast

We purchased them occasionally when the children were young. It wasn’t an always on hand type item though. I think it was always just the regular old plain ones. I am not sure which other varieties were sold at the time.

I had some of them a few times. They were definitely an improvement over the frozen waffles I recall eating occasionally when I was young. Sometimes those required a table saw to cut through them!

My son likes them but prefers the store brand over the eggo brand. We were having this weird issue where one side would be soggy and the other crunchy even though the heating element was working fine.
I’ve always had this happen too, so I just turn them over halfway through toasting 🙂👍🏻

I sometimes let frozen waffles thaw then use them as bread for a sandwich.

I supposed we buy the buttermilk variety most often.

I like waffles, we usually do homemade but I do buy the frozen ones at times and when I do it's usually Eggo. I like them with butter and syrup. I'll add a little sugar if I'm running out of syrup. I recently discovered this Syrup called Butter Country syrup and it's really good. Buttery creamy maple flavor and they have other flavors like cinnamon too. It's expensive so I don't get it often but it lasts a while too.
