so if anyone sees the multi color adult size 9...let me know.
I was just telling Kate that I'm going to stop at Payless on the way home, so I will check for you. Do you want me to get them if they have them?

Howdy...

I am exhausted....spending time with Bill's mother just sucks the life out of me!!

I ran a whole bunch of errands today...I found Julia's shoes.

In my running around I went 2 payless...neither has the multi-color adult shoes. They have pink & yellow swirl...or green & yellow swirl. They guy said the don't always get the same inventory as online...so if anyone sees the multi color adult size 9...let me know.

Do you guys think I should buy a park hopper non-expiration? I know the more days I get, the cheaper per day it is...what do you think?

Kristine
I am having the same debate - my trips are too iffy to get an AP - and if I get a 10 day - it would be available for quick trips here and there

what's a girl to do?!?!?

OHHHH so we're talking frozen custard here...now you've got my attention. In St. Louis it's Ted Drewes all the way!! So good and like Kate's place 10 windows can be open with lines 10 people deep all summer long, rain or shine. The traffice gets so crazy on weekends that there are a couple of police officers on hand to keep things moving. Their "thing" is that you can turn it upside down it's so thick.

I went in the snow even :rolleyes1 I had a marshmallow concrete..... and we even stopped back on the way home from Kansas City, even though it's SO out of the way! :rotfl:

3 days with the ladies...9 days with the family. Not sure how the whole ap thing works
10 days is the break even point on an AP -so you would be better off with it -

for DVC it is 7 days -

the thing about having an AP is that it makes it easier to pop down for another trip!! ;)

has the dining plan beed added as an option? and how would I know if the ap rate is available when I am going in dec?

You can only get the dining plan if you get a MYW ticket. And everyone in the room has to get a MYW ticket. But then you can't get the AP rate with the MYW ticket.

Marti and Paul have the DDE though and we can use that.

you can only do dining plan if you book a MYW package or if you are on DVC points

You can not get an AP rate and the packages - so you could not get the dining plan - you could however - book a package and only get a one day ticket and upgrade everyone else's when you get there (I think- someone else might want to confirm!)

This is my first trip that I have had to try to figure out the tickets!!

Kevin and I both got APs for this past trip, even though we will probably only make it back once before they expire. With the discount it gave us on our resort, we're close to breaking even (I think he said we need three more days and our next trip will be at least a week).

I've been having a nerve-racking afternoon. I went grocery shopping after our trip, and I stopped at the deli to clarify their ordering procedure for the chicken I wanted for Alyssa's party. The girl told me they needed 24 hours. So, I called them this afternoon and they tell me they have NO chicken tenders. What?!! Luckily I found another nearby location that does have them, and the manager seemed much more professional.

Now, I'm baking cakes, but it's taking much longer than I anticipated, plus I didn't read the directions on all of the boxes (three different flavors) and now I have to wait for a stick of butter to soften before I can bake cake #3.

I haven't even gotten to cleaning yet (even though the party's not at our house, my sister is staying here, and some other family will be stopping by on Sunday).

Boy, a glass of White Zin would be delightful right now. Can someone drink a glass so I can live through your sips vicariously? :teeth:

Amy :)

Mmm.... that's my favorite! Unfortunately, I don't have any. So whoever is up to it, have 2 glasses for Amy and I! :teeth:

And before Julie chimes in saying I called her too, I'll ask you all what I was calling them about in the first place! :teeth:

How old is your child and how many chicken strips (not nuggets) can he/she eat?

Amy :)

Well you forgot to call me but my child is 5 and he can eat about 2 strips. :lmao:

What a lightweight! :goodvibes I was figuring 3-4 strips for the five-year-olds. :teeth:

Amy :)

Well since our post count is a nice even 2200, I guess my break is over.

By the way Marti, I was this close to having to call Chick-fil-a cater the party... :teeth:

Amy :)

I have spent WAY too much time on the computer today - I have to go fold laundry -

catch up with you all later!!!!!!!!

My 5 year olds would eat 2 at most each.

Hi, all.

Clare, hope you feel better soon.

Glynis, so glad you're ok. You had us all worried!

Amy, I'll have that wine for you. Hope Alyssa's party is great!

Rees was up until 3:30am, and we had to get up at 7am for school. He and I are wiped out today, and I've caught whatever he has. 1 child in his class has the real flu, and 3 have strep. He did well at school today and doesn't have a fever. I think it is the early stage of whatever he's caught.

Oh, and tomorrow (yes, April Fools Day) is our 11th wedding anniversary. We went to Disney for our honeymoon and stayed at the Poly. We had such a good time.

Gotta go finish chores and get dinner started. Talk to y'all later.
