not that I am aware- people were giving sample pricing over on the codes board based on the email they got. The only thing I priced for sure was the airfare.

My DH is civil engineer for the areas largest road construction company. He works on the dreaded Dan Ryan Expressway overhaul that is all over the news tonight. He refuses to go on vacation while the project is going on- like it wouldn't go on without him

I hear that's going on for 2 years...

I finally finished the 6 t-shirts that I was making for the bowling tournament. It seemed to take forever, but I did go to work in between. Now I need to go check out the pricing for the new code. Chris has been dying to go and I keep saying noooooo, but now, maybe I'll have to give in.

The project is 2 years, but phase 1 starts tonight and ends Nov 30. This is when they close the express lanes and push everyone into the locals. It will restart next March when they close the locals and push everyone into the express.

He hasn't done any airport work yet, but his company has and I am sure will be involved in the expansion if it ever gets going. They are also building the big convention center by Woodfield (but he works for Heavy Highway group and that is the building dept)

We can't go and any mention of it would make him mad - he does not have enough vacation and I had to beg for the DL trip

ETA: we are so close to 15000 so we might as well stay up and post about how we want to go but can't- "charm" or not!

I'm still not there yet But I truly am hoping for a reapeat of the YQE code from last year! Saving $400 then would do wonders for convincing him to go on the 2007 trip!

Brian would have a fit if I seriously pushed the issue. We'll have to wait for February.

I was just checking out your square designs. The one for Cars is great! Christopher is going to a birthday party to see it so I'm definitely making that shirt for him. I'm thinking a bright yellow or gold shirt would look good.

I loved, loved, loved going in December. But this deal is great, so now I get to try MNSSHP. Although I have both booked and DH and I are discussing which to keep. The big issue is the kids missing 5 days of Kindergarten vs 2 days in December. You'll love it at Christmas. It was wonderful.

Me too!!! We had so much fun last year! I was going to try to push to go the last week of Sept next year, so we are still in value season, can get to the first MNSSHP, and if they offer another code like this I am sure I'll be able to convince him. Sigh- if only he would go for it this year.

His latest comment was "Back way from the computer and the crazy DIS women who are brainwashing you into thinking you must go more than once a year!"

Denise, it is such a tough choice! How long can you hang onto both ressie's? Remember last year we got that code that may knock down the price of your December trip too...
