Well I made a list of all the days I want to go and room type and my anniversary alone for two nights sucks up 90 points Im almost wondering if i should not do magical beginnings. Its not very magical to begin with less points

You have already rented points you couldn't use. MB is a no brainer. A clear $20 per point no 1099 involved, no renting involved.

I agree. Don't do magical beginnings. You'll want to book stays immediately. I won't be surprised if you borrow all of next year's within just a couple months of ownership.

You could always go with 200 points a rent some out to help offset dues for now if the purchase price makes sense and you want that many points but the dues make you balk in the short term. I’ll be curious how you split points if you do.

You could always go with 200 points a rent some out to help offset dues for now if the purchase price makes sense and you want that many points but the dues make you balk in the short term. I’ll be curious how you split points if you do.

Do you know if that is for all sizes of point purchases? If so, that would be a recent change. Back in July, I was able to split into a max of 4, but that was for 300 points.

100/50/50 would be another option, especially if you think you’ll always keep at least 100.

When I reached out about CCV incentive, getting 300 points, I was told I would only be able to do three 100 point contracts. Who knows if that was accurate
