When we bought this house.
I wanted good solid furniture.
This is from The Ashley Furniture Co.
On the shows Trading Spaces & Home Makeover.
Chateau Frontenac.
I had to sell the big king sleigh bed.
To big & heavy.
I did get a queen for me, a full for Ramiro.
I didn't want to sell the rest.
So I'm going to share the set with Ramiro.
He gets 1 night stand & the high dresser.
I get 1 night stand & the low dresser.
Of course I'm keeping the tiffany lamps.
I'm so glad I paid for this all by myself & kept the receipts.
No problems as to who it belonged to.

Can you remember when this all started with you offering to do designs for the first 3 people that PM'd you? I remember being crushed that I didn't PM you in time. I've been searching and I could use some help! I stupidly promised I'd make t-shirts for Matt's school play. I need a large jpeg or giff of the 3 little pigs. I'm not the world's greatest searcher, but I really bombed when looking. Can anybody out there in DDAland help me? Thanks.

Thanks for explaining it Paula - I am not military, nor is anybody in my family... so I couldn't offer congratulations because I didn't quite understand it. I still don't quite understand except for one thing - CONGRATULATIONS for a job well done. Giving the short initials for military screws me up, and I almost posted asking for help but didn't want to look like a fool. Then I realized; everybody probably thinks I'm a fool anyway! So if you can remember to "civilianize" things every now and then, then I can jump in too!

I didn't understand any of it either but didn't say as I thought it was because I have my Eglish head on and you guys would all understand American military!

My dad served in the Bristish army for about 40 years and I still don't fully understand british military speak

I do know however that everyone in the armed forces does a fantastic job so I'll say congratulations too

They went at 3pm, and they loved it! Got their uniforms today, so they'll wear them next week for the first time. one of their friends from pre-school is in the class too.

DH last fall, he will get another stripe on top now. Well, it's the one will will get because of the promotion, but can't put it on until next fall or Jan 07.


DH and I almost 2 yrs ago year. I now have one strip on top.

LOOK WHAT I DID!!! I CAN FINALLY CALL MYSELF A DESIGNER!!!

Ok, I have really been trying for awhile now and finally got a co-worker to assist me in learning a graphics program. I don't think I am going to attempt anything more difficult, but at least I can make a name design for my kids. Please give me your honest opinions, good or bad. If you think of a way that it could be better, let me know.
