I rode this for the 1st time in Jan. & I loved it! I am not a roller coaster person at all & the thought of going upside down terrified me. I made a last minute descion to try it & I am so glad I did. I can't wait to go back & ride this with my ds(they were surprised to hear I got on it & actually as soon as I got off the ride I called to tell them what I had just done lol). Now TOT, never!

I try to read all the threads in the DISigns section. I also read other areas such as Disney Tips. I looked through all your new designs and thought this was the best as well. I love all your other designs but this one jumped out at me. I love the simplicity of it.

You know Amy could mail the cookies...the Chik Fil A not so sure on.

Ok I am all caught up, whew! I am so depressed My bil & his family are going to Disney in April. Their dd(my niece) is going to be in the parade with her school band. I would love to be able to go & see her. Then last night I found out my db & his family are going at the same time. Most of my family will be there except me, no fair

I always thought it would be cool if we could all go around the same time, well it's happening but not with me. So I am having a pity party for myself I told dh most of our family will be there at the same time & his reply was, but we won't I wish I could figure out a way to go

Are you sure you can't make it? Even for a bit of it? Here's a in the meantime!

You are JUST LIKE ME! I love love love RnR and I can't stand ToT!!

Becky agrees with the ToT. She was terrified!!! She cried the whole time and couldn't stop. When we got off, she couldn't understand why she lost it but she sure did!!!! I'm not sure what I think about it because I spent the whole time comforting her. Didn't really have a chance to worry about the actual ride.

This trip we tried a hint we found on this board about ginger tablets for motion sickness. I used to be able to do all kinds of rides but as I'm getting older, I can't handle alot of motion anymore. The ginger tablets did the trick. One in the morning and one at night starting the day before we left. I was fine until I did Expedition Everest (What a fantastic coaster!) a second time in less than 15 minutes from the first time. I decided I'd wait until next year to try out RnR after that.

My DH has always had motion sickness and never rode coasters in his life. He rode all three mountains and didn't have any trouble. We will be recommending the ginger tablets to others. Dramamine always made him drowsy so he didn't like to take them.

My Kyle is the same way. He'll be 3 in June and weighs 28 pounds fully dressed. He is also about 40 inches tall. I can't ever keep pants on him since they slide right off He eats like a horse, but he is in constant motion. Plus Daddy is about 6'4" and 185 pounds soaking wet (Did I mention that he is on a Whopper diet and never seems to gain any weight? )

My BIL is the same way..... coudln't you just smack them sometimes!

Best of luck with your exams. If you stress anything like DH does for his promotion tests, then all I can say is... May I send you some Sleepytime tea from Celestail Seasonings? DH will drink it a hour or so before bed when he studies.

oooh, I don't think I'd wake up for my test! I love the stuff when I don't have anywhere else to be, but ANYTHING that makes the normal person the slightest bit drowsy knocks me out for a good two days!

I actually don't stress too much with exams... hopefully that holds up for this one

That is my son too. He came out huge (9.6) and was so chubby. He started thinning out around age 4, and now he is 6 yrs old and weighs 46 lbs. My mom calls him "bag o' bones." Alyssa, on the other hand, has such a sweet tooth, and is definitely a lot "softer".

Awww, Tammi! I know there's a limit, but as soon as you go on the DDA trip you need to put your picture back in your signature! I thought it was adorable... love seeing all those DDA cuties!

As of now (10:30) Bethie has had two yellowish diapers.

She was up twice last night, I’m not sure why. She didn’t need a diaper change (I did it anyway) and gave her some water. So I’m a bit tired today. I’m not sure I’ll come up with much funny to say today, but I will try later. (I did like the Marthaumbrella for Cinderumbrella) Side note… I think the DDA has a few Martha Stewart types.



So Bethie had pancakes with very little syrup for breakfast per her request. She has said her tummy hurts once so far this morning. She is now back on the cracker and water jail house diet. I’d give her toast, but my DD’s are not big toast fans even if they have butter and jam on them.

I am keeping a log of everything in and out of Bethie today in the event I take her to the Dr. But again I tell you all she is her regular wall climbing swinging from the chandelier self. Keep her in your prayers again today if you would.

Just keep her as hydrated as you can - that is always the most important. for the both of you.

At least you've HAD the cookies! At Christmas, Amy made extra cookies, buckeyes (actually 'peanut butter balls', which are apparently much better), and lots of other goodies for me, but I never saw them! And I'm only 20 minutes away at best! They must have gotten lost with your Tiffany bowl from Midnite!
