This was my rice jar game - there are mini's inside - everyone got 30 seconds to search then it was passed to the next person - I think we went around a few times, so everyone got at least 3 chances to look for things. It was fun because people are wondering "Why is there a seashell in here?" and someone else would pipe in about their trip to VA Beach. It was a great way for people to get to know "the couple" better.

You are perceptive. We made it this morning. 84 days and counting. We also made a calandar for the refrigerator that we can put stickers on daily to cover up the old countdown date.

Theresa can't wait to see the photos of your oldest.

Debbie I hadn't bought a shirt for myself yet. I did find one at Kmart tonight but I've got to wash it first. Maybe tomorrow.


DVCers. I know that Tammi and Steffy both posted that they had faxed in their grocery lists before heading off on vacation. I seem braindead tonight because I don't remember that service. Does anyone have more information?

We had another awesome 1st game tonight! Garrett's team won 13 - 3 Garrett is now playing in the Babe Ruth league with 14 & 15 year olds, can these boys play! It is such a difference from the minor & major leagues.

We've had a busy day. The garage is cleaned though I still need to return a truckload of cans and bottles. I'll get to it this week. I'm feeling better and I've already fed the family dinner. I also got a few shirts made. I haven't bought any blank shirts for myself yet, that's on my to do list. Here are pictures of the finished outfits.

I just realized that our SS cards were in my purse that was taken when our home was broken into. Do I just need to call the SS office & have them send me new ones & do I need to let the police know as well? This just makes me so angry I switched purse before we left for Europe, I don't know why I left the cards in there!

YIKES. The nightmare continues.

Ah, the agony of defeat! I got an e-mail this morning saying they have decided they really need someone who can get to their house by 8 AM, and 8:30 would be the absolute earliest I could arrive. So that's the end of that!

I just got back to work after going to Jake's play. He was Abraham Lincoln, and he did great!

I just booked airfare for our October trip for Bob and me!

Airtran out of Richmond with a TERRIFIC sale and perfect times. We leave Richmond at 8:00 a.m. and leave Orlando at 7:00 p.m. All for the grand total of $328 for both of us!

I will book the girls later when we know more about their schedules and locations for the fall.

Meanwhile, I have not booked airfare for the California trip but Chanon and Bob and I are working hard on our itinerary and reservations and we are almost set!

I just got this news today!

What better place to become a true Princess then in the Castle of one of our
very own Disney Princesses! On September 10th, 2007, the Bibbidi Bobbidi
Boutique is expanding and will open a second location inside the Magic
Kingdom within Cinderella Castle!

The Boutique will move into the space that is currently known as The King's
Gallery which houses Arts and Collectibles Merchandise. The last day of
business for The King's Gallery is July 4, 2007 and construction on the new
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique runs from July 5 - September 1, 2007. Guests can
continue to enjoy Arribas Brother offerings at the Crystal Arts store on
Main Street, U.S.A., Arribas Brothers store located in Downtown Disney and
the shop in the Germany pavilion at Epcot.

Similar to the dining venues, a reservation is highly recommended and can be
made by calling 407-WDW-STYLE (407-939-7895) up to 180 days prior to
arrival. Reservations for the Magic Kingdom Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can be
made beginning April 29, 2007.

I'm feeling 100% today. When I went to bed last night, I wasn't so sure I was going to be ok, as I'd been having twinges, but nothing happened, and I have no pain at all today! If it hasn't passed, at least it's in a larger area, and that's a good thing. That means it's in the bladder, and from there on, I won't feel a thing!!! The worst is definitely behind me!!!

Thanks, everyone, for your pixie dust and your concern for me! You honestly don't know how much it means to me! I could feel your good wishes and prayers for me while I was in pain, and that helped more than you will ever know!

i'm gonna throw a temper tantrum so just jump over this message. first off the attendant agency is screwing me and my attendant over. this weekend is her weekend to be off so i called to see if they had talked to grace and see if she wanted to do every other weekend and the agency said that her daughter has been in the hospital so she is not responding to calls right now(ok i understand that) so i ask who's gonna take care of me this weekend. they say Desirae is. im like this weekend his her weekend off so i need someone they are like we have noone so she has to do it. well we have a call into the director of the agency to see if she can help but so far nothing. then on top of that the vet office i went and filled out application for hasn't gotten back to me. i have called the past 2 Mondays and they said that they have been real busy. so i have been looking on moster and craigslist and sent resumes out for jobs i like and NOONE has called me. i wanna job so i can get out of here and then on top of that i will need a roommate to move out. then i have thought about calling gyno to talk about something i can do beside depo. then i wanna loose weight and i LOVE sweets and sodas so i have a hard time with that. then all the good veggies i need to eat i have a tough time chewing them because of my bite i have. i wanna go crawl in a hole and not leave until im kinda skinny and have a boyfriend or finance. lol
also i am bored out of my mind

One of my DGD's classmates died today. The funeral will be held while we're in Disney. His brother is one of DGD's best friends. She is devasted. I think the best thing we could do for her is to take her to his home tomorrow before we leave and let them comfort each other. He obviously didn't come to school today, and the thought that she won't see him this horrific week, is killing her spirit.

Prayers for you DGD and her friend's family.

It's supposed to be 80 and mostly sunny here today. Both boys have games tonight with their rec teams, Jake has a soccer game at 9 tomorrow morning then we'll leave for Farmersville, a town over an hour from where we live -- Andrew is playing in a tournament with his select team this weekend. Any special PD for his confidence would be appreciated!

My ticker is at 110. I think time must have stopped.

DS is asleep in my bed. I think I might just leave him there. I will crash on the couch until DH goes to work. I am not the least bit tired right now, though!

I called and changed 2 of my ADRs today. I cancelled both of our "signature" restaurants. We were going to do one OOP and the other with credits, but DS really doesn't enjoy food that much. Going to 2 different signature places wouldn't have been fun for him. AND DH nags him about eating, which makes him eat less. Better to just go to single credit places and not have DS feel pressured. I switched us to Crystal Palace (where we have been at least 5 times for dinner before) and Coral Reef, which will be our 3rd time there. The good thing is that since we are eating inside the parks now we have less logistical stuff to deal with. We'll just go from WL back to the park after our midday break. I am also getting a little skittish about what will happen if I don't have a new job by the time we leave on August 15. We can scale back our tickets to 6 day base if we need to - much cheaper than 3 adult APs! And if push comes to shove I can try to downgrade our resort. I won't cancel the trip, but I am definitely looking at ways to drive the costs down in case I am looking at unemployment after the trip. I would rather have a back-up plan and not need it than need one and not have it!

We had our Weight Watchers meeting today at work and for this week I lost 1.8 lbs. I was so close to the 15 total lbs lost that I even took off my jeans!!!

So since July I have lost a total of almost 26 lbs. 16 since we started Weight Watchers.

I got my 10% keychain.

That is SO great! Congratulations!!!!

Well, the bags are just about packed and now I'm going to shut the laptop down and bag it up.

So I had a friend ask me yesterday how I felt about the whole house buying process. I told her no matter the outcome I never, ever want to go through this ever again!!!

I just got off the phone with Jim.....we won't know anything definitive until probably MONDAY!!! He said you just want this done. Yup....I don't care what the answer is I want to know it NOW!! If it's no...I want to be able to go out and rent something this weekend. If it's yes...I need to get everything together to move by next Saturday!!

I haven't slept....I am afraid I have the start of an ulcer (had a lovely puking episode this morning...sorry if it's TMI!!).
