I have never had to do this before, so sorry if this is a silly question. Does this mean you had to bid more & is someone else bidding on the house as well?

we had to put in another bid.....we are going to try and get into the house with no outlay of cash for us...no scrambling to find funds for closing costs.

do you all know how much I appreciate having "family" to come and vent to??

Not a bad day, I'm just really tired. Have been for a few days now and can't seem to get past it. I almost felt like I needed Phil to drive home from work today instead of me, but I knew that he was worse off than I was.

Robyn - I'm sorry that Molly's test can't be made any sooner. Loads of pixie dust that it is conclusive and that she can be feeling better sooner rather than later.

Thanks for all of the comments on our Easter pictures. I swear that Terra has grown over an inch since Christmas.

I think that's everyone, but who knows. Like I said, I'm really tired for some reason today. I felt like I was going to fall asleep in the play area at the mall while Terra was running around playing with some other boy.

What we did is a second bid for approximately $5,000 more with the stipulation that $5,000 would be used for closing costs....our loan will be for the higher amount but they will recoup their asking price.

That's how I understand it at least.

and to everyone who needs it.

i went and filled out the application and they said she would call me later this week or next. while i was there a HUGE German Shepard came in he had to have been 200 lbs. he was huge but he was not wanting to be there. he was pulling to get out of that door. went to walmart to exchange some baby clothes. we ate at MacDonald's and i saw they have madame Alexander wizard of oz dolls(which i collect). i bought the 3 they were handing out. there is a total of 8 dolls. if anyone goes to Macdonald's and they have those could you see which ones they have in stock. i got the tin man, scarecrow, and yellow munchkin. if they have different ones could you get me one. i think they are $1.83 each. i will pay you back. just if you guys happen to stop by dont make a stop for me. im gonna try and go out to MacDonald's again next week too.

I am trying to decide if i should email this guy i saw his profile online. hmmm....
should i?

Actually, a tiny part of me is still crossing my fingers that you'll move to Utah. There are some darling homes in Lehi, Pleasant Grove, and Cedar Hills. All of these places are within 5 to 15 minutes away from me!!!!! Good school system, too! Are you interested?????

You know I'm just playing devil's advocate, right? I spent my drive to errand time yesterday seeing all these houses, thinking, "If Theresa lived here, we could do our errands together." "If Theresa lived here, we could have lunch together all the time." Now that I think about it, I'd probably scare you off if you actually lived anywhere close to me!

If we didn't have a high schooler who is firmly entrenched in her school I might have thought about it. But gotta go with what we know.

Jim finally told his parents ALL of the situation. I have my problems with them....but bless their hearts they offered us money (a lot) if we needed it.
My biggest problem with them is they play favorites and Jim isn't it and neither are the girls....they only know how to show Jim affection through money...they just don't know how to communicate with somebody who is so different then they are.
