Jennifer, :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

We'll be sorry to see you go. It was always a treat to read your posts.

Evening Jo :)

How is the weather? It is still cold here and doesn't look like its gonna get warmer anytime soon. :(

Ok. I got my Easter pictures all uploaded. Feel free to skip this post if you want to.

Glynis, is that suntan I see on your children??? I wish it were warm enough to get some color here! Although I did find the sun once I got back into Virginia. ;)

Yah still cold.
It rained today. :cool1:
We need it so bad.
My hyibus is looking much better.
Thanks for the tip with the water.

With all boys in the house bathroom cleaning is one job that I pretty much refused to do over the years. The boys had to clean one of the bathrooms and DH did the rest. Now DH does the bathrooms. I will do it if I have to, but I always said I've never peed on the wall so I shouldn't have to clean it! :rotfl: :rotfl:

I don't enjoy cleaning DS's bathroom, but I don't trust DH or DS to do it properly. DH cleans our bathroom. I am glad to hear that you don't pee onthe wall, Ellen.;) :rotfl2:

I just booked a trip for Sept 8-16 at Port Orleans Riverside with free dining plan, just DH and I. Our APs expire on Sept 23rd, so I was hoping they would offer this for us to get one more trip out of our APs. :yay:

Congrats on the new ticker!!

I don't know what happened, but I hope it can be worked out so that you can come back.

I agree!

So I asked Dadboss what they decided to do about Brother's school in the Fall. If they were going to accept that slot for him the payment had to be in Thursday of last week, so either they paid it or they didn't! They didn't. So here we are.

Now I am getting skittish. On the one hand I would LOVE to not worry about it and get as close to Sept. 1 as humanly possible. On the other hand, if I zip along for the next couple of months turning down interviews I could find myself in the unemployment line on Sept. 1. I imagine that would be unpleasant. I need to call my agent tomorrow and tell her my bosses declined the offer for Brother and I am DEFINITELY going to need a job no later than Sept. 1. I hemmed and hawed about asking to go ahead and meet the family who needs someone to start in May, but the drive would be bad. I don't think I could even get there by 8:15 AM, which is the start time they listed. Well, I will see what the agent has to say. If she thinks it would be good for me to meet them I will.

Hi, all! :goodvibes

Just popping in really quick to say "hi" and a happy belated Easter to everyone! Whatever sickness began bothering me on Thursday kept me home from work with fever and cold-like symptoms on Friday - definitely not the Easter weekend I had planned, as I am now WAY behind on my "to do" lists!

I probably won't be around as frequently as I'd like in the upcoming weeks between work and personal stuff, so I'll read and post as I can, but know that I am thinking and praying for all of my DDA family daily! :goodvibes

From what I remember from the last 20 pages or so:

Jen - enjoy your Spring Break!

Jennifer - I hope your back gets to feeling better!

Jennifer - the Easter celebration with your family sounded great! I'm convinced disposals exist to keep life interesting! ;) Hope the snow is gone soon!

Glynis - your Easter sounded (and looked) fabulous, too! Your kids are so cute, and you guys really go all out for them. :thumbsup2

Tammi - safe travels home to VA! Glad you enjoyed your time in PA - and yay for teen-tickers! :cool1: :cool1:

Theresa - :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: and all the :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: you need. I think we can all relate from one point or another in our lives. Just hang in there, and know we are all here behind you!

Elizabeth - glad to hear your little charges had a decent time at DL. Holy cow, those wait times are SCARY, but I guess what can you expect from a holiday weekend?! And there is just not as much real estate in DL to spread all those crowds out as there is in WDW. Hopefully, next time they'll be going to WDW and give you plenty of advance warning so you can plan them a stupendous trip!

Deb - I like the new color and cut! :thumbsup2

Tom - the pic of Leighanna was so cute! (Although maybe it's just me, but I think all Easter Bunnies are creepy looking!)

Well, need to get back to work - :wizard: :grouphug: for anyone I may have inadvertently missed. Have great days!
Hi Lindsay! I hope you are much better now!

What is going on? What did I miss? I hope everything is okay. :grouphug:

A bit of sun, yup. Especially on Jacob and Mary. It was close to 80 degrees during the egg hunt! Mary and Jacob brown quite easily. Katie and Leslie burn more. So, their cheeks get pink quite easily! It was such a nice day on Saturday. Unfortunately, I just watched the weather and it looks like we are in for some 49 degree days this week. We're also supposed to get snow on Thursday! Figures! Just after I get back into the walking habit, it snows again! Grrr!

Do you know why they decided not to accept the slot?

What beautiful weather for Easter. They are all so adorable, Glynis.

Oh, Elizabeth! I'm so sorry! I had hoped they would accept that slot so you could be with your little friends for a while longer! I'll keep my fingers crossed that something (if not perfect, at least doable) will come to you!

Here is a picture from our Easter day.

Talk about gorgeous!!!!! I can't believe how grown up your kids look. I love Alyssa's dress!!!! Where did you find it? Nicholas looks so handsome. And, gee whiz, you are no slouch, either!!! You guys are an incredible looking family!!!!

Why, thank you ma'am!!! May I return the compliment?

So, what's on the agenda with Bob? Got any fun plans??? I'm living through you vicariously! Alan is not so good with the romantic/fun plans. His idea of a great date is a movie where we don't have to talk. I'm slowly breaking him of that habit, but it's a hard row!
