Glynis - the pictures are just terrific!

Elizabeth - I am glad your charges are back but wish their trip had been a bit better for them. :(

Well, they didn't come home thinking it was horrible, which was kind of what they thought about Sea World last summer. They did enjoy it enough to go back, so I am pleased about that. Momboss said she thinks they allow too many people in and that it is very expensive. Well, it IS expensive no matter how you look at it, and at Easter it is bound to be PACKED, so I am sure it was crowded. Hopefully next time they will give me some lead time so I can help them plan. I will say for only planning 2 weeks ahead it didn't sound too bad!

Ok. I got my Easter pictures all uploaded. Feel free to skip this post if you want to.

ADORABLE!

:woohoo: I just realized that we are under the 300 mark. :woohoo:

Sounds good, I have never eaten there. Of course John and I don't eat out a lot, he prefers my cooking to anyones.

Awwww, how sweet! Although, having tried some of your recipes, I'd have to say I agree with John!

Thank you Glynis, I always wonder if people like some of my recipes.

Thanks for all the nice comments about my pictures. We had such a lovely day! I'm so glad that we got a few nice pictures of the kids. While we were at church, Leslie got really sick; high fever, cough and headache. Alan had to bring her home before Sunday School. Poor baby! She was still really feverish when I got home with the other kids, and didn't feel like eating. Totally not fair, since she also got sick on Christmas. What's with that girl?

Thank you Glynis, I always wonder if people like some of my recipes.

I'm the same way! I'm always nervous to share recipes, because I don't know if they REALLY taste good, or if my family and I just have odd tastes.

Well, lunch break is over, and it's back outside to the garden I go! The clouds are gathering, and I want to get as much done as I can before the rain starts. Talk to y'all later!

I would love to have a room just for Disney items. I always see things I would like, but have no place to put it. Maybe once the boys are grown I can use one of their rooms.

Good luck with the bathroom!

Why wait until they move out. Nick has a Mickey Room, Hunter has a Pooh room and Colby has a Cars room :rotfl: We are talking about a Disney bathroom too. Oh and we have Disney in the kitchen now too :rotfl2: Do I sound obsessed?:rolleyes1

The kids look wonderful though I was surprised to see your little Tom Boy in a dress :lmao: Did she put up a fight?

Never thought about her closed mouth smile, as that is how I smile. Don't know why just never liked the teeth showing smile, probably because my smile is crooked.

Like the other pictures too.

I have a crooked smile too. It's just part of life.

Hi, all! :goodvibes

Just popping in really quick to say "hi" and a happy belated Easter to everyone! Whatever sickness began bothering me on Thursday kept me home from work with fever and cold-like symptoms on Friday - definitely not the Easter weekend I had planned, as I am now WAY behind on my "to do" lists!

I probably won't be around as frequently as I'd like in the upcoming weeks between work and personal stuff, so I'll read and post as I can, but know that I am thinking and praying for all of my DDA family daily! :goodvibes

From what I remember from the last 20 pages or so:

Jen - enjoy your Spring Break!

Jennifer - I hope your back gets to feeling better!

Jennifer - the Easter celebration with your family sounded great! I'm convinced disposals exist to keep life interesting! ;) Hope the snow is gone soon!

Glynis - your Easter sounded (and looked) fabulous, too! Your kids are so cute, and you guys really go all out for them. :thumbsup2

Tammi - safe travels home to VA! Glad you enjoyed your time in PA - and yay for teen-tickers! :cool1: :cool1:

Theresa - :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: and all the :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: you need. I think we can all relate from one point or another in our lives. Just hang in there, and know we are all here behind you!

Elizabeth - glad to hear your little charges had a decent time at DL. Holy cow, those wait times are SCARY, but I guess what can you expect from a holiday weekend?! And there is just not as much real estate in DL to spread all those crowds out as there is in WDW. Hopefully, next time they'll be going to WDW and give you plenty of advance warning so you can plan them a stupendous trip!

Deb - I like the new color and cut! :thumbsup2

Tom - the pic of Leighanna was so cute! (Although maybe it's just me, but I think all Easter Bunnies are creepy looking!)

Well, need to get back to work - :wizard: :grouphug: for anyone I may have inadvertently missed. Have great days!

Yes, she put up a fight! Funny thing is, she picked out the dress! It took us about 1/2 hour to get her into it, and then Alan had to be warned not to say anything about how she looked. Once we got to church she was ok! So funny! I'm just hoping she grows out of this phase someday!

Are you kidding? Skip the pictures? That is what I hope for every day. Pictures of cute smiling kids or happy little mice! :lmao:

Glynis, thanks for sharing the pictures -- they were adorable!

Thanks to everyone for the disposal sympathy  For the record, even "just a few" potato skins is not good for them! It is working just fine, after cleaning out/emptying the trap and pipes. Ugh!

Have a great afternoon!

Very cute pitctures, Glynis! The kids look so grown up from last year, especially Katie. I hope your garden is shaping up for planting soon.

Elizabeth - I'm glad that Brother and Sister had a decent visit to DL despite some problems. Sounds like they got to enjoy some of the best highlights. Enjoy the movie tomorrow. Terra really liked it on Friday and I think the other kids did too.

On the note of Meet the Robinson's....did anyone else get teary at the very, very end? Or am I just a little crazy? (Well, we know that I am, but you know what I mean. ;) :teeth:
