I got the yard mowed and had to stop there. The weed whacker wouldn't start so the trimming isn't getting done. I probably flooded it so I will try again later. Now I need to get cleaned up and go get Alyssa from preschool.

The weather is absolutely gorgeous!!!

T's a promised:

Here's Kate's Walt Disney World design. I made this one for all 6 of us.

Here's a woman's Gliddan Ultra cotton T. $1.93 at Jiffyshirts.com. I ordered a bunch of T's from them last year and really like the neck on this T. Not too tight and not too bulky.

Here's a close up of the design. Not the best color saturation in the transfer but I'm pretty satisfied with it.

Kate's Just the Girls design for my friend's SIL and 3 nieces. They are leaving my friend's brother and the girls 2 brothers (who friend already brought to WDW) at home.

Here's the girls T. I got this at Target.

The kids had such a great time outside today after a long winter and long rainy April vacation.

I love this shot of the girls. Emma was talking to Lizzy. She looks so calm and angelic.:rotfl:

The kids got so big since last year!!!

Deb, I love it!!! Made me smile. Thanks for posting.

I have been putzing around with the tax calculator on one of the nanny tax websites. WOW! Nannies are expensive!:scared: I never paid any attention to what the employer's tax liability is above my gross salary. EEK!:scared1: I am so glad to BE a nanny and not need to hire one!

On the other hand, if Dadboss2B hasn't done any research on taxes he is going to be in for cardiac arrest! I can't take a pay cut, and I have to have enough of an increase to offset all that extra gas, but I might need to come down just a tad on the salary I quoted them. I don't want them to hire me at a salary that is going to have them in the poor house before Christmas! On the other hand, I don't want to sell myself short. If they want me to go drastically lower I will just have to keep looking.:confused3

Theresa - Hope the soreness is better soon!
You reminded me of one day when I was getting my hair cut. One of the ladies who works in the salon was walking behind my chair and sort of stumbled. Another stylist said "Oh, did you slip?" She said "No, I just sort of fell off of my shoe." (They were those thick soled ones.) Landon (my stylist) raised his eyebrows at her and said "I would have gone with "slipped".:rotfl2:

:rotfl: No pouncing here! :rotfl: I actually was reading more reviews on the Queen Mary in Long Beach. It sounds interesting, but some of those reviews scare me.

You and me both, but I have been trying to put it in perspective. It is a luxury ship from decades ago. If you look at it as more of a historical B&B I might be more apt to enjoy the unique qualities I am sure it has as a hotel.

Loved seeing all the pictures this weekend!!

We stayed busy Saturday looking for accessories for prom....Sunday was supposed to be more of the same and than I took a fall coming out of church. I can't tell if it was my knee giving out, slipping out of my shoe or a combination of both....I am one sore puppy!!

 hope you get to feeling better, Theresa!

The grocery shopping is done, the patio is cleaned off, lesson plans are done and I am toasty warm from some reading time out in the lovely, warm sunshine. Time for another shower! I will try to check in before I leave for work!

All of our clothing is accessible year round. I guess I could consider boxing up a batch of "seasonal" stuff for each of us and putting it in storage. That would certainly free up some room in the drawers & closets, wouldn't it?

Ouch, Hope you are feeling better soon.

My DH and I have known each other for 41 years this coming June. I met him just three months before I turned 16. We will be married 38 years. I just cannot imagine it has been this long. I can still remember the first time he walked in the front door and I told myself, "I am going to marry him and he will take care of me for the rest of my life".
It seems like time went by so fast.
Love it Terry..that is so sweet.

Just got home from the beach. During our huge rain storm last week the water came all the way up to the boardwalk. Never does that unless its a hurricane! Anyway, they had trucks there trying to repair the beach before the summer crowds hit.

We had crazy weather too..very cold & pouring last week..80's yesterday & today. Tuesday is going to be 70 & then Wed- Fri are going to get cold & rainiy again.

Don't put those winter clothes away just yet!

This week is going to be nuts. The kids have something going on until 8-9pm each night. Violin concert, dance, baseball, science fair, jump rope fund raiser for the AMA, girls last religion class. Theres more but I could go on...anyway its hectic to say the least. Saturday we have 3 parties & baseball. Next Saturday Daniel makes his communion.

That's what I was thinking, too. Of course, my dd is still really sensitive about things like ghosts, so she may not be comfortable staying there. I'm not even sure we are going to Long Beach. We are definitely going to see the Pacific from some point along the coast, though. I haven't even planned out a route yet. First I'm trying to find out what my family would put on the priority list along the way.

I have made our first hotel reservations for the July trip! I went WAAAAAY out on a limb and bookd the Howard Johnson's Anaheim that Mary from Mousesavers really likes. Using her discount I got the top floor room with a balcony and fireworks/theme park view for under $300 for two nights. That was the cost of one night at the DL Hotel with no view at all! It also looks as if this hotel may possibly be closer to DL than the DL Hotel is!

Most of the good neighbor hotels are closer than the DL hotel! Go figure!!!
