I hated my flowers! The florist didn't listen to me at all and just did his own thing. He was supposed to be so good, too, which is probably why he thought his ideas were better than mine. I wanted it very simple...several stems of daffodils and blue iris with a little greenery and a few lily of the valley tucked in tied with a simple bow. I just about cried when they arrived. There were a few daffodils and blue iris and even a couple lily of the valley, but there was a ton of other stuff in there, too. It looked like a big jumbled mess tied with a giant ugly bow to me. I just went ahead with it all so as not to add any extra stress to my mother's day, but it is the one thing that really wasn't right. (Well, my veil wasn't what I'd ordered either, and they had to add a panel to the neckline of my dress, because it was cut much, much lower than the one that I had tried on...)
The flowers for the church were white daisies and white mini-carnations. Those were ok. I didn't care as much about those.
