Thanks, Glynis! I hope it goes well. The good thing is that he knows I need to leave to pick up my DD from school, so there is a definite "ending" time, which is good in case it's going poorly.

Very nice. A built in "out". However, I'm going to think on the positive side, that he will be so great you'll want to spend more time with him.

I just think that it's great you are wanting to start dating again! I was worried that you would put yourself on the back burner. I will be thinking about you, and praying for a good outcome. Be sure to report back so we'll know where things stand.

Hi, Chris! Glad you could stop in tonight!
Yes, it has Smart Key, but how smart it is remains to be seen! If the system totally malfunctions when the warranty ends I can see us thinking it is anything BUT smart! It also has that funky transmission - Xtronic CVT. No "shift shock". That will take some getting used to , because I have had cars with trasmission problems in the past and if I can't feel it shifting I won't know if it is broken! It does all sorts of stuff we haven't figured out yet. It has lots of airbags and head restraints and it "knows" how large the front passenger is so it can decide to deploy an airbag or not. Should be much safer than the '03, hopefully we will never test that.

Wow, the car sounds great! Sounds pretty well loaded. Does it have bluetooth capabilities as well?

The formerly Allentown Disney meet has been moved to Harrisburg for this year, which is not that far from Hershey. It is on Saturday, July 14th, 2007 from 11am to 6pm. Check out this website for more info. I have wanted to go the last 2 years but couldn't as I had to work in 2005 and in 2006 I was in Washington D.C with several other DDA members. Hopefully this year I will be able to go. I know Jen went before when it was in Allentown.

Wow, the car sounds great! Sounds pretty well loaded. Does it have bluetooth capabilities as well?

It is standard on the higher end models, but my car doesn't have it. I am still one of those driving around with my phone in one hand while I drive with the other hand. We could probably add the Bluetooth if they ever pass legislation that I can't drive and talk on the phone at the same time.

Oh, you asked for it, Heidi! I wanted my sister in navy & white gingham and my bridesmaids in yellow and white. What I ended up with was brown and white swiss and peach and white swiss. I was carrying daisies and yellow roses, no matter what and those were the only colors of fabric that we could fine during my spring break from college that would go with those flowers.

They guys are wearing brown tuxes with "harvest gold" shirts!

We were married at 10:00 in the morning and I was a bit of a hippie back then, so this actually worked out well for a morning wedding. And I can honestly say that my bridesmaids and sister wore their dresses again.

I was in my best friend from elementary/middle schools wedding when I was in high school. Her dresses were similar. She had half of us in green & the other in yellow. I seem to remember wearing hats like this too. It would have been in 1976 or 77. I'll have to see if I can find that picture and scan it when I get the wedding pics out for you all.

I can't believe my luck today!!!! While I was at bowling, Alan went through his side of the closet and got rid of clothes that don't fit him anymore, and also got rid of shoes!!! I can see the floor in our closet again!!! Hooray!!! I was so pleased, I promised him I'd help him in the garage tomorrow! It was a good day!

Have I said how much I love that guy of mine???

There is nothing wrong with the online dating thing as long as you are using a reputable one!!! Look at us. If we can find a great group of friends like this online, there must be some unattached decent guys on here as well.
