Geez, I was all ready for bed. Laid down, and nothing. My mind just won't let me rest tonight. So I thought I would come back on here and see who all is still up.

I had to take my dd to buy pants and drive Matthew to a Scout meeting.

Did you know that even little size 0-1 girls have trouble getting jeans that fit right and have to try on a dozen pairs?

Yep, I hear my co-workers complaining all the time about not being able to find clothing that fits, they are size 00 to size 2.

I on the other hand have issues as well. I went to try on pants today I fit into a size 18. Which is two or three sizes below my old pants size, before they were taken in twice. Sadly the only tall pair they had the zipper was broken so I once again didn't get any new pants. I guess I could have bought regular height pants but they fall about 1 1/2 inches above my ankle bone and that drives me .

I have to work tomorrow night. So I would be taking a nap tomorrow anyway.

She is in preschool the days that I have to work, so that I can nap. Otherwise, as she says, " Daddy are you resting your eyes again?"

I want to thank whoever I stole June's picture from. I did scraplift it and put it into my own account so I am not using your account to host it. Same with the rose. Thanks for helping me honor our friend.

Before I head to bed I just want to thank you all for being my friends. You have made the past year and a half much more enjoyable, and at times more livable for me. I treasure you all and your friendships mean more than you can know.

During all this sadness today, Leighanna took it upon herself to try to cheer me up. She told me to come into the family room and this is what I found.

She said that a tea party with all her Disney friends, would sure to make any one happy. And you know what it did.

I told her that Batman wasn't part of Disney. She said that he was there for me. I asked her why? She said he is a superhero, and that I was her superdad.

God sure knew what he was doing the day Leighanna was born.

Tom- That is too cute, she sure knows how to cheer someone up.

That is what my Dad called his naps! And my Mom always said she was going to put her feet up.
