Lindsay - welcome back! I can't wait to hear about your trip!

Marci - I'm sorry to hear about your mom. I hope that your visit with the doctors brings (brought?) some more answers. Your family is in my prayers!

Amy - What about Sweet Pea?! I'm not sure she "counts" as a shark, but I think she's really cute! (We have a "Shark Ray" at our aquarium, too!) And I think that Matthew was dreaming of his first trip to Disney World of course! :goodvibes The top bath picture was Matthew. They do look alike, but I only saw one of them in person at that age! Kudos to Kevin for demonstrating the proper shark petting technique! :rotfl:

Robyn - Dustin Hoffman?! Molly is way cuter than that! I'll have to check out that site. I keep hearing about it, but I never get around to going there and uploading a picture!

Tom - :wave2: And I think that picture of Leighanna does look a lot like the one posted of Rachel McAdams! I wonder if various pictures would pull up various people (as in the case with Molly), or if they stay fairly accurate based simply on facial structure?

Jen (blueeyes) - congrats on finally getting a milestone! I hope the situation with your classes gets worked out. That is always incredibly stressful when you are so close! BTW, I watched bits of the tennis match in patient rooms. It looked really exciting! I don't follow tennis on a regular basis, but I keep up (via Sportscenter) and we always go when they are in town!

Jo - I'm glad you and Ramiro made it safely to Florida! Although I'm still a bit jealous! :)

Ok, and Tammi - Nicholas is WAY cuter than that chick! Maybe I won't do it?! :rotfl: I'm glad you and Elin were away from the major flooding... hopefully all the water accumulation you got will subside quickly! And I'm sorry to hear about Nicholas' pot!

Elin - You made me smile with your reference to WaWa! When we were in Delaware a few times (and really thought we'd end up there), we became big fans of those little stores! Still chuckle at the name, though, it just sound so silly!

Clare - We call the banks "branches" too! Um, as everyone else already agreed :rotfl: And who finally told you 'alegado' was spelled without an 'r'?! I was going nuts when you first posted that, but couldn't bring myself to say anything. I'm nicer than Amy, you know! ;)

Denise - Thanks for passing along the info from Dawn. It sounds like they are getting so close, if they are up to carseat checks!! I hope they are home safely today! :goodvibes

Tia - Around here, you can get those keys at any hardware store -- large like home depot, or smaller chains! Good luck.. they are really cute!

Beth - Thanks for sharing those pictures! I want to be in Disney World!!!!! And I love the one you did with the castle + a few enhancements!

Marti - The Chick-Fil-A/shark photo cracked me up! :teeth:

Glynis - Congratulations to your brother and his fiancee! Have a good visit with them!

Paula - I'm so happy Mark will be home soon!!! :Pinkbounc

Anne Marie - Welcome home! I can't wait to hear more about your trip as well! Hooray on the DVC tour.... what did YOU think?

Oh not you as well! It was Elin - she PMd me a little while back. I stole it from someone else's signature and as I can't speak Spanish I had no idea it was wrong... I really wouldn't have minded anyone pointing it out you know! It's not like it was written in English whereby I should have known better :rolleyes1 :teeth:

Update on June...

Just got off the phone with Buddy, June's son. She is in recovery from surgery right now. They put in a mediport and will start chemo soon. I asked him how she was doing and he said, "Not very good." Please keep those prayers and pixie dust flowing her way.

no usually I drink it straight from the fridge and it helps.
i tried some saltines with no luck.

Clare I don't have any ginger tea or biscuits( cookies right)

Still a little breezy here, but not bad. However, the :sunny: just came out! :cool1:
However, our crawl space is full of water. It is even up into the well leading to the opening. Looks like a little work for Bob and me since there is no sump pump down there!

that could be it--but our school isnt helping matters-our advisors dont help--they have their "favorites" and thats who they help..it got ridiculous last year..

I asked my advisor something..she told me no..
my friend went in (we set this up) and asked her the SAME thing and she said yes!
our advisors at our ed department didnt know anything. one advisor would say one thing another something else. now all advisors are in one area underneath(sp) somebody who makes sure they tell everyone thee same thing and acturate info. its stupid that advisors have to be treated like children.

Sorry cookies :teeth:

You should try drinking the soda flat rather than fizzy :)

update on grandmother: shes still hang on. able to eat ice chips. this morning she pulled out her central line. shes going hoem tuesday with pt and nurse visits. care givers will take care of her at the house. hospise is being set up. doctors are worried she might asperate at home and get pneumonia. my uncles like that could happen or she could get pneumonia without asperating. doctors said she would probably die of dehidration before starving(if swallowing doesnt get better). the amout of ice chips she is eating wont sustain her and 3 cans of babay a day wont sustan her either. so the next few weeks will let us know.

Elin - thank you for keeping up with June for us!!

Jennifer - would you like one of my phenergans? Run on over and you can have one - but only one b/c I really need them!!

I would rank my pain around a 7 today - when I get near the end of a pain pill - I KNOW!! I have no appetite - hey - maybe I will lose a few pounds - yes -I am at this point looking for the positives as I see no way that my knee will EVER feel better!!

I do have this really cool ice pack though - it looks like a cooler and there is cold water and ice in it - it has tubes that go to a bandage on my knee and about once a minute pumps ice cold water into a tube system over my knee - it is so awesome!!

Lots of swelling - minimal bruising - lots of pain!!! and I am bored - but making lots of headway on Nicks scrapbook!!
