Becky - mine are full sized in photobucket, but when I post them they are automatically resized. I don't think I did anything special to get that to happen.

Woohoo!!!!! Clare got a milestone! I haven't looked at the mindless posts that you refer to. :lmao:

I'm back from camping. It was a great week-end. We spent 5 hours yesterday on the Peshekee River kayaking. It was lots of fun. I was a little worried about Chuck but he was fine. Becky has really enjoyed kayaking the last two trips. Since I didn't make sure she knew how to swim, she wasn't thrilled about boating. That is changing, thank goodness.

I have to go to Lansing early tomorrow morning for three days. I won't have time to catch up tonight but I'll read as much as I can. If anything important has happened, someone please send me a pm. Thanks.

I finished the ballet skirt!!!!!!! It has taken way to long and I so do not want to make another ANY time soon. The darn jewels on the tulle under the first layer has caused me SOOOOOOO many problems. Anyway here it is.

I started a thread asking about autograph books/pages and I figured I should show you all what I was talking about.
I used Vicki's, Clare's and one other person (off the top of my head I can't remember the designer) autograph pages.
The plan is to use the memory book I bought at Michael's, it hold picture size 5X7. I took out the pages and bought index cards size 5X8, had the office Depot folks "drill" (that's what they called it) holes in the cards.
I have printed out the desgins to about 6 3/4 X 4 3/4 give or take a little.

My goal is to use these books over and over again. I will cover the front in Disney fabric and keep the plastic cover on them so the fabric stays nice.

I hope this works, it seems to look like it will. I also plan to have mnay different pages of the same character (we have seen Belle and Cinderella three times in one trip and they can't sign the same pages now can they).

Anyone willing to share the pages they have made, I am very happy to take a copy.

So far the girls love the idea and can't wait to show Daddy.

Now the pictures.......

The outside of the book

What the character would see when they sign.

So what do you think?

I really like what you've done, Paula! The girls are going to love it, and so will the characters. Make sure you do one for Cruella DeVille. My neighbors got a HUGE reaction from her when she saw her personalized page. It made their trip!

Thank you GLynis, I have missed the past two days for this skirt. It has EIGHT layers of tulle. The things we do for our kids.

Thankyou again.
I have yet to print them all, I need to go and get the rest of Clare's and Vicki's designs, then I begged Deb for a copy of hers also.
If anyone else has some signature desings oh please may I use them. Like I said we have seen Cinderella and Belle three times on one trip.

I hope someone else can use this idea. And I sure will let you know how it works out.

I remembered perry mason and diagnosis murder while I was at work today. add to that
Quincey MD
McCloude

Ooh yeah! I loved Quincy MD. He was great!! McCloud was a neat one as well.

I thought of a couple more!

Matt Houston (was that the name of the show or just the character?)
McMcMillan & Wife

I'm off for a while. We are having dinner (it smells so good! Sweet potato curry), then we're having brownies and ice cream while we watch our family movie. Tonight's feature is Wallace and Gromet: the curse of the Were Rabbit. I haven't seen it, but Alan promises me that the kids will like it.

I'll be back on when it's over!

Good evening DDA! We had a wonderful weekend, but I am drained. Hope all is going well with everyone :goodvibes

That was what happened when I posted the first set for my first day of my trip report but I individually uploaded them. I used the Flock upload tool to upload a bunch for day two and they posted at full size so I manually resized every single one of them which took forever and they are now all different sizes and not pretty and neat how I wish they were. I will look into the settings when I upload a group again and see if there is something I can do to change them.

Day two of my trip report is up.

I've been doing some geneology with my mother this summer, and we have Swindlehurts in our family line. How cool is that? Of course, it's from a couple of hundred years ago, but there might be a connection somewhere.

That is v cool, as Clare would say!

Hugs and :wizard: to all those who need it.

I won the ebay auction last night, so Marti and Matt, thank you both for your offer. Maybe Matt could be the Mad Hatter too! He has the perfect hat for it!

Have a good day!
