I didn't tell everyone what went on with the pillowcases, so I guess I better.
I took a little long to get them done so I had to mail them to the hotel. I called and they had TWO yes TWO Beth XXXXX (fill in the last name) staying the same time AND come to find out they stayed just a few doors down from eachother.
Anyway the hotel front desk gave the package to the other Beth (who had more than one last name noted on her registration)The DH or DBF or who ever the man was in the room took the package and they kept it and EVEN OPEND IT!!!!!

THEN... the manager had to ask the people to give the package back because it wasn't for them. HELLOOOOOOO!!!!!

I had been on the phone with Beth and the hotel for a while last Tues and about lost it on the hotel manger when I told her that MY ELIZABETH XXX (insert last name) had been to the desk many times and sent away many time with no package. She and her family had been held up from going to the park because they had to come back to the front desk so many times. I asked the mgr if she could do something for Beth and her family because of all this.
YOU KNOW WHAT THE MANAGER SAID TO ME......
Well she and her family already have passes and they are already enjoying the park.
If I had been infront of that lady I think I would have wrapped my hands around her neck.
Give the family some little stupid thing lady for all the trouble they cause!!!!!So I have no clue if they ever gave Beth and her family anything becaise they never called me back like they said they would. I am so mad I should write a letter to the WDW manager/Pres. about this.

Paula-I'm still catching up and just came across this. Thank you again for all you went through! (and Beth too!) I really LOVE my SSP!!!!!
Did you ever mail a letter? I still need need to do one about how I was treated at POFQ-sister resort to POR. I still just don't understand how things played out the way they did for us. The supervisor didn't want to upgrade us to waterview to give us connecting rooms so she assigned us to rooms that were off line for repairs. When we got from the parks late on our first night we went to a room without furniture. So explain to me why when Magic Express went to deliver our luggage they didn't tell the front desk the room didn't have furniture? They didn't leave the bags in those rooms so why didn't the front desk immediately assign us new rooms so that when we got back from the parks and went to the "bad" room they could have left us a note or at least when we got to the front desk to "complain" they could have said "we've already get new rooms all set for your with your luggage". I had also ordered stuff from the new Magical Beginings service so they must have tried to deliver my purchases-another opportunity for POFQ to reassign our rooms. Instead we had to wait until after 11pm to get our stuff-not a fun way to start a vacation. When I went to talk to the supervisor the next day who assigned the off line rooms she first laughed and then said "its not my fault-engineering told me those rooms were all set". WHAT???? I really need to get my letter going to Disney! At least the Merchandise Manager at POFQ left a message appologizing when they still didn't deliver my stuff till I called about the next afternoon.
