I've got Cold Stone Creamery and I've never been to it. I haven't got a Build A Bear just a Planet Teddy. I gotta head to Steffy and Terry's neck of the woods for BAB. My sinuses are really driving me crazy. I'll be fine for a couple of days and then go through an entire box of kleenex as my nose won't stop running. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon. I'm afraid I may now have allergies.

I was fine for when I was at WDW and since but today mine started acting up again. I can tell as my ear is bothering again which is probably because my nose has been running all day.

Does anyone know if most hospitals allow personal cd players with headphones??

The reason I am asking is I was thinking of maybe burning some CD's of Disney music and sending them along with a personal CD player( I have one I'm not using), headphones and lots of batteries for June. This way she can listen to the sounds of Disney or other music while in the hospital. If I do this I will post what music I sent her and if anyone else wants to send her some music they could. This is if we feel that she could have one in the hospital. Let me know what you think.

Hey everyone! I talked to Jo today and she's doing great! Romito started school today and LOVES it and they are getting internet this weekend so she'll be back on as soon as she can. They did go to AK on Saturday, which included a one hour walk to the bus stop, three transfers that took 2 1/2 hours spent about 5 hours and came home and enjoyed every minute of it. (Though Romito didn't like the 4 mile walk to the bus stop! )

TWO OLD MEN DECIDE THEY ARE CLOSE TO THEIR LAST DAYS
AND DECIDE TO HAVE A LAST NIGHT ON THE TOWN. AFTER A
FEW DRINKS, THEY END UP AT THE LOCAL BROTHEL.
THE MADAM TAKES ONE LOOK AT THE TWO OLD GEEZERS AND
WHISPERS TO HER MANAGER, "GO UP TO THE FIRST TWO
BEDROOMS AND PUT AN INFLATED DOLL IN EACH BED. THESE
TWO ARE SO OLD AND DRUNK, I'M NOT WASTING TWO OF MY
GIRLS ON THEM. THEY WON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE." THE
MANAGER DOES AS HE IS TOLD AND THE TWO OLD MEN GO
UPSTAIRS AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR BUSINESS.

I haven't seen this posted here yet, but the release for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest on DVD has been set for 12/05/06.

Interesting Disney fact, this release date would have been Walt Disney's 105th birthday.

Well here is a school update....

My class, which was originally scheduled for Friday 8am-10:40am is rescheduled for Thursday night 4:45pm-7:15pm..Im glad that the class was rescheduled, as opposed to being cancelled, but im still SO frustrated.

Thursday was the one day that i was going to be able to work...now, im going to have to drive down there in rush hour traffic, on a day that i wouldnt have had to drive the 45 minutes there and back!

Just another thing to make me anxious about this week. TOmorrow, i have 2 of my sociology classes and my art one

Thanks for dealing with me the last couple of days--i am petrified and driving myself crazy!

Becky-I was thinking of trying to get June some Disney stories on CD but worried that she might not have a player. I was thinking of Mary Poppins or Lion King would have a sort of ageless apeal. We have lots that my kids enjoy in the car and while some are pretty childess I would think some have some broad appeal. I got a great deal on most of mine at a local discount store so I'll try to get there at lunch one day this week.

I wonder if I could "burn" them from the ones I've already got? I would think I could copy think you could do it just like music right?

Its usually not too bad..but i force myself to take either 8 or 925am classes so i miss therush hour traffic (traffic is going north in the morning, while im going south)

Between gas prices and traffic, definitely not looking forward to senior year

Glad to hear you've got some resolution to your canceled class. It stinks that it messes up your chance to work. Could you go to school early Thu night to beat the traffic and do some studying at the library? You seem very creative (I remember the gift you made your DBrother) I'm sure you'll do great in art.

We could always have a Christmas ornament exchange only AND a yearlong one. Those that only want to do the Christmas one would be put in one pile and those that want to do the whole year in another? Just an idea.

Hi, everyone. School was WILD today. Let me tell ya, 12 two year olds makes triplets look like a cake walk! The kids are very sweet, and I think it will be a great class. I am wiped out. John's got Fantasy Football draft tonight, so it's just me and the kiddos. About to give them a bath, put a frozen pizza in the oven, and go to bed early.

I just saw something about Christmas ornaments? Well, you know I'm in since I'm the biggest Christmas fanatic there is! I'd love to participate. We bought a 10 foot tree for this year, so I'm going to need a lot of new ornaments.

Denise-all those parents are lucky to have you! I'm sure I'll be singing the praises of Emma's teachers soon. We were talking yesterday about who was going to school when...Lizzie's first day was today, Joe meets his teacher tomorrow and takes the bus to school with Lizzie for his first day of full day K on Thursday, Emma goes to school for a special Aquarium program with Dad on Friday and then she starts school on Monday. Emma says "yeh...and Joe is going with me". I said "you remember Joe is going to the big school with Lizzie on the bus" and she says "no he ISN'T!!!". So next Monday should be interesting! I really didn't see this coming. We've been really open about Joe going with Lizzie and she even went to Joe's playdate at Lizzie's school a few weeks ago. I'm sure it will work out but she really is in for a big transition year.

My mother had to pick up a g-string for my grandfather once. My sister couldn't figure out why in the world my grandfather would want a g-string. She was totally embarrassed when my mom walked in the store and asked for it. Then she realized it was for his violin.

I think I mentioned in my mini trip report that my friend did some laundry one night. Well I was putting the stuff away and there was G string in the pile of my stuff. I told her I think she gave me something of hers and she said she didn't think it was mine but she wasn't sure just how well she knew me (we've only traveled together 6 times...). It must have been in the dryer. We brought it back to the laundry room and had lots of laughs over it.

I did think about going early to do some studying--that is definitely an option!
I am hoping to get my field placement (observing and interacting full day in a classroom) moved to Thursday--then ill at least be in the area..

I tend to be creative with photographs...Most of this class is drawing, sculpting, etc....hopefully this professor is different--i almost cant wait to see the syllabus...
