Today we decide to go to MGM and I have been bullied into going onto RocknRoller coaster - fortunately it has mechanical faults, but 10 minutes later and it is working
OMG this ride is amazing - and I really love it. I think the music helps with how fast this ride is
After that we go round the shops and get some cakes and then watch HSM which Lauren watches as she has taken up dance as one of her GCSEs. She is not impressed with the dancing and says that it is very basic
I do point out to her that they need to make it fairly basic as the little kids are trying to copy
We dont stay too late at this park and dont do much (as we have done Disney so many times!) especially as we are going back to GF for Grand Floridian tea. Lauren did this last year and wanted to do it again - she has a real thing about this. She even wants to go to the Ritz for her 16th birthday
We go to the tea and we all have the Buckingham tea, except that both Lauren and I dont have tea we have sprite and coke. I dont drink tea at all
This is a nice way of relaxing and spend time at GF.
Tonight we are eating at California Grill and we are realy looking forward to eating there. The food is good but not as good as Jiko and is not a quiet restaurant, but the view is amazing. It is nice watching the chefs in the kitchen. My main course is the pork tenderlion which our server advises was Pavarotti's favourite dish that he ate when he stayed. Apparently he ordered it every night during his stay. It was quite bizarre that Pavarotti was mentioned as the poor man died 5 days later! The dish is very nice but I dont think I could eat it regularly, it is very rich! Whilst we are eating we can see the pageant on Seven Seas Lagoon which is lovely.
After California Grill we go back to GF to change and then head to MK as it is EMH and we decide as it is our last night at WDW we want to try and get on lots more rides at MK, as MK is our favourite park still! As we enter the park wishes is on which is lovely
We first go on Pirates and then head to Winnie the Pooh and Monsters Inc which Lauren really likes - fortunately they did not pick on any of us We have a really good time in the park tonight but go back about 11.
