This is Macro Economics. I thought an online class would be easier but it's actually not because without actually going to class I find it hard to make time at home to study and take the tests and stuff.

Okay... have you SEEN the new commercials for HFCS??? Thats right, they have commercials trying to convince people that it is HEALTHY, and all natural... I about fell off the couch when I saw one.

I've seen that! I guess I will consider it healthy when I see a High Fructose plant growing in my garden. A bowl of brown sugar is natural, but you don't see me eating a bowl of it for dinner.

We promised to give Justin 1 million dollars if we win... he was all "ohh cool" until we added "yeah, in your trust fund that you cant have until you are 25" He wasn't so pleased with that.

Now think real hard about that. Go back and imagine the things you would have done if you had $1MD when you were 25. Got that picture in your mind yet?? So does 35 sound a little better? Besides, you don't want their first wives to end up with half of it...better to wait until they have had enough time to be married twice. That way they will end up with 50% of the money instead of 25% if they get divorced twice.

I know .. isn't that just disgusting?

My nephew is allergic to corn and to soy. Do you know how hard it is to find pre-made foods that aren't filled with corn syrup, corn oil ,lecithin etc? She gets a special grant thru the county for his gluten/casein free foods and the county worker gave her grief for buying pure maple syrup.... apparently his other allergies are not counted as part of his diet needs to be funded.

The worker also said "I can't believe it costs $300 a month to feed that ONE kid" My sis was pissed! Yes it DOES cost that much to have nitrate free, casein free, gluten free, soy free, corn free foods... and organic items.

I guess she could feed him rice and organic apples and that's all??

Oh, I'm so glad you have a plan. That makes everything ok! Not to worry, your boys are getting just about old enough to support the family. I know you don't drive Bernice, but have you considered putting a Domino's sign on top of your head and delivering pizza? Not only will you make good tips, meet possible serial killers in the dead of the night(always good to meet interesting new people), but I bet you get a 50% employee discount.

I took a few tv classes (back before internet days! ). I can remember having to get up at 6am on Sunday mornings to watch the Oceanography show that was on the PBS channel. It was very hard to stay motivated. I did ok, but only took a couple of classes that way. I mainly took them right after DD was born, that way I could spend more time at home.

That's what makes the show so good. Those of us that have OCD feel really good that she's way more wigged out than the rest of us. She makes the rest of us look really normal.

Heck it costs about that much to feed a kid that can eat crap!

Or perhaps E. can get a longer tube on his machine, hook a bunch of extension cords up and he can make pizza deliveries in the immediate area. Just hook a waterhose reel on the back of the car and away he goes!

yeah, some of the regulations got changed.. when the renewal comes thru her budget for the foods will only be $60 per month.

Now she's stocking up like crazy, just has to hide the goodies from him-- he opened three boxes of the same cereal --nooooooo they will get stale before you eat it all

Is it just me or do those kids seem exceptionally whiny? I understand it would be more difficult with that many kids. But sometimes I just wish they would make them quit whining and crying. Even the older girls seem very whiny for their age, although I think they do it more for attention than anything.

ooo which reminds me.. NxStage never sent the new water line. It's a pain, gotta push the machine halfway out of our room and then the line is stretched taut that we can't close the bathroom door.

After the fill is done (6 hours) we work together to push the combined weight of 50 liters of fluid and a 50 pound machine back into place.. the carpet is mighty unhappy, getting bunchy in that corner-- oops!

YES. They are supper whiny! I can imagine that they are fighting for attention, but one of the older girls, Mady, is just a freaking BRAT. Always having to have her own way, and fights with the little kids, and throwing fits all over the place! She is SEVEN!!
