The Bachelor 17 Sean Lowe NO SPOILERS

They should get the flu at the same time.

DH and I were on our honeymoon and were in Cambodia when I got sick first with some kind of virus. A few hours later DH got it. We were staying in a small room hotel/guest hour with a bedroom and a bathroom and no air conditioning. We still laugh about it.

I just saw this - What a romantic start to your life!

I took the bus out to get married to DH when he was just new in the Air Force. My luggage didn't arrive, and I had been on the road for 3 days with only a change of underwear. It was a holiday so we had to wait over the weekend to get the luggage - I hung out in the apartment with only his T-shirt on so he could wash my clothes at the laundry. Uncomfortable for me, but he probably didn't hate it.

Somebody is going to REALLY get hurt one day. Does it make Sean feel like a REAL MAN to send a woman away in an ambulance? I wonder where they are next week. It looks like Montana or perphaps Alaska.

Each week, I like Sean less and less -- and by now I REALLY don't like him!!!

MOST of those girls are WAAAAAAY too good for him!

Watching Selma's date. It was pretty uncomfortable. She seemed to dance all around her religion and didn't come right out and say it. I don't think she will stay around a lot longer because I don't think that Sean is willing to wait for her. BTW, I was kinda shocked that she only weighed 110 lbs. My 13-year old DD, who is tiny and incredibly fit and barely a size 0, weighs as much!

I thought so too, just the fact that she is so err well endowed up top makes me think a lot more than 110 pounds. My DD is 24, weighs 110 pounds, and is small everywhere. She doesn't have Selma's curves.

I also don't think Sean will wait for her. And I also found it odd that she could cuddle up with him like that, all the whispering they were doing back and forth, but couldn't kiss him. That just seemed odd to me.

My favorites are Ashlee, Catherine, Leslie and Des, in that order. The only one I can't stand is Tierra and Amanda, thank God she is gone. I do still like Sean though. To me he seems like the most realistic bachelor so far but I've been known to be wrong before when it comes to this show. I do not see him picking Tierra in the end, just next week's previews with her having some sort of fit and the ambulance arriving makes me think he will come to terms with how much drama she is very soon. I don't see him as dumb as Ben where he is going to end up with the girl with the most drama. I predict he'll end up with Ashlee or Catherine. Des seems a bit too worldly for him, and Leslie maybe a little too accomplished and smart. The other two seem like nice girls and a good fit for what he is looking for (traditional male/female relationship with the male being the dominant one).

I really liked Leslie H - she's a beautiful woman, gorgeous smile; she seemed really genuine. Something wasn't quite right with her and Sean, so it's probably for the best that she went home. Maybe she'll be the next bachelorette?

Selma - I agree with the rest of you - I don't think Sean will wait. And why go on a show like this if you know you can't/won't kiss?

Tiera - wow! It's amazing that these bachelors are so blind to the "drama". I wonder if Sean is really that blind, or if the producers told him to keep her around for the ratings?

I really like AshLee - she seems like a really good person. Her date with Sean and the 2 girls at the amusement park, and then the way she took care of Sarah when they were roller skating. Such a kind, caring person. Complete opposite of Tiera!

My favorites are AshLee and Desiree.

Am I the only one who was a bit shocked that Amanda went home? Do you think she played her "my jaw hurts too much card"? Or did I miss something as I FF through the episode?

I really liked Leslie H - she's a beautiful woman, gorgeous smile; she seemed really genuine. Something wasn't quite right with her and Sean, so it's probably for the best that she went home. Maybe she'll be the next bachelorette?

People have been asking for an African American contestant for a while so I think there is a good chance that either Leslie or Robin will be the next one. Both women are beautiful and and (so far) very nice and approachable.

Amanda - butt-ugly, and Psycho
Tierra - pretty and cute, and Psycho
Selma - (and her 'I will gaze into your eyes and rub all up against your whole body but our lips can't touch....'), drop dead, model, gorgeous, and Psycho.

Sean - OMG... more immature, commitmentphobe, and completely stupid than even I had guessed.

And, after good old Ben and Courtney...

Let's just re-name the show Dumb As Rocks Geek and Psycho Girls.

Let's throw in some nice Roller Derby....

I watched last night but didn't have the time to comment here.

Selma is pretty and sweet. And obviously knows how to keep a man wanting more. WTH, you don't cuddle up, thrust your perfectly lip glossed lips at your man while your obviously enhanced double d's are pouring out of your shirt AND THEN say oh, by the way Sean I can't kiss you due to the high respect I have for my religion. My guess is Sean will keep her around simply because she's taboo to him now. Well played Selma, well played girlfriend.

I can't be the only one who felt awful for the one armed girl! Let's see, you need your limbs to help you balance so why don't we include her on the group roller derby date. Idiot producers and idiot Sean for not realizing that. I was happy to see Amanda hit the road (literally!). She was a leetle bit pyscho I think. Maybe she and Tierra are secret twins.

Tierra is crazy. Like crazy crazy. The kind of crazy that just starts laughing hysterically in a room full of people for no apparent reason. I agree with whoever said that she is this season's Courtney. Let's hope there's no frolicking naked in the ocean this time. She needs to go, now. But of course Sean will keep her around, the producers are probably whispering in his ear that she's fabulous and is sooooo in to him.

Wow, I was shocked that Leslie H. went home! I thought they had great chemistry together. At least she got to keep the diamond earrings!

So far, Ashlee is my fav. I also like Des too though she seems a bit insecure.

One date was more stupid than the next this week (and I love this show, but...):
1)I hate outdoors stuff but I'll rappel like a pro up a huge cliff, and I won't kiss you in public because my parents won't like it, even though I KNEW what the Bachelor entailed when I signed up for it...
2)There's absolutely no chemistry between us, but we'll pretend to have a Pretty Woman moment (even though she was a prostitute), hey, at least I get to keep the earrings!
3)Let's have all the girls do a sport that's going to cause injury and hard feelings, and then back down at the last minute and make it an 80s "free skate", see it was all fun in the end, aren't you glad you didn't back out poor gal with only one hand?

I don't know if it's poor producing or if Sean is really just this dumb....

Most of those girls deserve better....

I'd love to see Robin as the next Bachelorette. She has a lot of spunk. I don't see a lot of chemistry between Sean and Robin so I doubt he will pick her at the end, leaving her open to do the Bachelorette. I would watch that! Leslie I liked too but she didn't have quite the personality that Robin has, jmo.

As for Amanda, it might have been those dirty looks she was giving him at the rose ceremony. She can be allright looking when she smiles, but when she has that mean look on her face she is ugly and scary!!

I say the same thing whenever somebody tells me their favorite movie is Pretty Woman! Uh you do know she's a prostitute, right?? I don't see how that is romantic at all.

Sean did cut Leslie H. loose rather quickly. He obviously wasn't feeling the "spark" before the date and certainly wasn't feeling it on the date. I did feel bad for her though, she looked really shocked when he was rolling around the rose in his hands and telling her buh bye.

I just wonder if it is Sean or the produces that are really increasing the dangerous stuff this season. I know they usually have to one bungee jumping type date, but this season seems full of really physical stuff.

I understand the dates need to be extraordinary. I understand that people wouldn't watch if they went to Olive Garden and a movie, but come on!!!

Maybe they should make them go on more normal dates so they had a better shot in the real world.

Selma - yes she is pretty but she was expecting some fantastic elegant date and got the campers!! Ha! I think they will kiss off camera so her mom can't see. What a crock, she knew what she was getting in to. On teh plane she was practically out of her seat - I told DH that would annoy the crap out of me. I didn't care for the girl on the pretty woman date, no personality and just blah, I definitely would not watch her as the bachelorette. I did think it was crappy that he picked up the rose as he was telling her that she was going home, no need to add salt to the wound.

Tierra is a mess and I really don't think she is all that pretty - nice scar in the middle of her forehead, maybe it is because I can see the "true" her.

And could someone please explain to these women to keep their mouths shut about each other when they're alone with Sean? Really, have they never seen the stupid show in the past?????? You NEVER sit there and tell him that Tierra or insert diva's name here _____ isn't the same person in the house as she is on their dates with Sean. It makes me want to puke everytime they do that! Sean even said he liked one of the women more because she didn't concern herself with all of the drama or other women spending time with him.
