I don't know. In a way, she needed to be on enough fates to really see she just is not athletic enough for him. had she been sent home earlier and then watched it on TV, she might have thought, "If he had given me a chance to be on that date, I would have done that, but he sent me home too early!" As it is, she did the polar bear swim and that hay bale race. So she did get to participate enough. There just wasn't enough between them for whatever reason. I hope she sees that watching the show.




I disagree here. Yes, they all seem to have a choice to say no. But, I think they are so desperate, and it's a competition, that they are more afraid to NOT do the stupid, life-threatening stunts. These girls would DIE for love, before they'd say no. "I love and respect MYSELF enough to not do this. And I'll pass up this chance to be loved, if you wouldn't love me if I say NO."

Well honestly isn't that more about them than him? If someone asked me to do those daring activities, I would say NO. And then I would figure he probably isn't the guy for me if these are the things he likes to do for fun. Unlike a lot of the bachelors before him who I think did these things because the producers told him to, Sean genuinely does seem like an outdoorsman.

She's the blonde at the beginning of the show who all the girls thought would be getting one of the one-on-one dates, then didn't.

I don't necessarily think all of the activities are horrible, I wouldn't mind trying to rappel. I think it's more the general attitude that for a woman to be "fun" or "adventurous" that she must gladly agree to every activity that he suggests and act giddy and excited about it.

Well he is supposedly looking to find a mate, or a "wife" (which I wish they would eliminate - it is so stupid for them to perpetually refer to these women as "my potential wife" when that has never happened in the history of The Bachelor). But anyway, he is looking to find a mate and the lucky part for him is he gets to choose the one he fits best with. When you sign up to be the person who gets picked instead of the one who does the picking, you subject yourself to having to make the decisions, whether or not these activities are going to be something you can do. Let's not forget crazy Courtney from Ben's season. She refused to do any daring activity and she still got picked, probably because Ben was sort of a couch potato type who really didn't want to repel down a mountain. But I think Sean does have those expectations and wants to weed out the girls who don't share his interests. I have not seen him be mean or cruel to any of the girls so far. I did think the bit with Sara was sad, but from the start I felt he kept her there because he felt bad for her, not because had a connection with her. I do think he should have waited until the rose ceremony though, as to not make her feel like she stands out anymore than she already did. I think he thought he was being kind, but it sort of backfired.

I was right. Daniella should have left when she didn't get the second one-on-one. OR, it would have been kinder for Sean to have let her go home early instead of Sara.

seriously. i hope HOPE that she truly is a plant. if he is really that stupid, then i'd hate to be the woman who ends up his final pick. i just cannot believe he'll pick her. but i think he's an idiot for keeping her this long (and i'd question his judgment if i was hoping to have a relationship with him).

i'm hoping that Ashlee isn't sealing her own doom. i would think he'd know that she is not about the drama. but gracious--Tierra is downright devious.

generally, if ALL of the other girls are against one, the problem usually isn't "all the other girls." the problem is usually the one. it reminds me of the advice that if "you" seem to have a problem with everyone, maybe the problem is really "you."

St Croix!!! I love the Virgin Islands. The water down there is like lukewarm bath water.

However, I do think they picked that place because the budget for the show is smaller this season overall.

Along comes a woman who feeels morality is important and she's cast out like a broken plate. My husband is right, he's stupid!!! Wait so she tells him to close his eyes and kisses him and it's his fault? Those were supposedly her morals, not his. I don't see how Sean is the dog in all of this. Besides the fact if morality was so important to her, and her family was shamed by her appearing on the show, she'd not have gone on the show. I personally think the whole story of her morality was written in for ratings..I highly doubt she is from a strict Muslim family otherwise she'd not even be there. Like most of the show, it was just part of the script.

Wow, Selma. I would have sent her home too as much as I respected her decision not to risk her life by plunging into icy waters in freezing temps...

But wow. To tell a man who holds family in the highest esteem that kissing a man publicly would bring great shame upon her family and then doing it... just wow. Apparently family and family honor & values are NOT important to her. A girl like that is not a good mix for Sean who I see as a huge family man. That act of hers was disgraceful.

Such a shame because I liked her at first. But my opinion of her changed the more I saw of her.

Onto the note.... honestly, I believe it was written by Tierra. All the other girls seem to be level headed and mature. "Breaking up" by notewriting is downright school girlish. I can't see anyone doing that BUT Tierra. I have to believe the other girls would stand there and look Sean in the eye and tell him why they can't go on or whatever... I believe he either sends Tierra home early or she has a complete meltdown and leaves on her own accord... and then writes a letter at the last minute for more drama and to grab the spotlight again begging for another chance with him.

My thoughts.

As for Sarah, I applaud Sean for doing it the way he did. He didn't single her out. He did it with Kacie too. Other seasons have done it this way too - always seems to be with the girls/guys they have the most respect for. I guess I didn't have a problem with it. I personally would not want to stand through a rose ceremony - I find that awkward. I would much rather be told privately that I was going home.
