I live with my 86 year old father. When he walked out in a pair of shorts (not underwear - real shorts) with no shirt, I said "Don't make me go blind."

That's almost as bad as when you are a teenager and you figure out what your parents are doing in the bedroom next door to you! And you thought they had quit doing *THAT* years ago!

What you talking bout, I'm still under the belief that they have never done it & I want to keep it that way!!!! and I even heard them once & I still want to believe they never did it.

When I first started nursing, I was horribly embarrassed to not only see people's private areas, but to touch them when bathing them...EEK! Hated it. You get over it real quick.

Naked people don't bug me a bit. Having to change at the Y when going swimming used to freak me out. But after a long while, I got comfortable with that, too. I don't walk around, though...and have never seen anyone else walk around nekkid. But I'd probably get used to that, too.

I think I could live in a nudist colony and be just fine...except that I really like cute outfits, lol.

When I used to go to my local gym, that was the one thing that used to tick me off the most. The women walking around the locker rooms, completely nekkid, strutting like they were Pam Anderson - - when they looked more like Louie Anderson!

Ugh...people can be so weird!

Oh there's nothing like seeing a customer of yours naked at the YMCA! It can be so hard to look her in the eye next time you see her. (fortunately, I don't think she even notice me)

I'm not much for getting naked at the gym... and I sure as shootin' am not comfortable with the occasional nudity I sometimes see. Usually I wear my workout clothes to the gym, and then just slip on a sweatshirt to wear until I shower at home. I do have to go to the locker room to hang up my sweatshirt though. Sometimes it can get kind of scary in there.

Of course today at the gym, I was putting my sneakers on to go work out and I look to my right and I see an 85 y/o man bending over naked. Not a pretty sight, people. It was certainly a full moon. So I finish my work out and come back to get my things. What do I see but another older man naked - I immediately did a 180. But doing a 180 didn't help because as I'm leaving the locker room he passes right in front of me - put on a darn towel!

I just always feel awkward when I see guys walking around naked, especially old men (no offense ). The hot ones, I don't mind.

Well! this is what happens when you sneak into a Retirement Home Gym!

Well...this didn't happen at a gym...and I'm not a nurse. But, I did work at a hospital, as a speech therapist.

I walked in on a very naked man very involved in....ummmmmm....himself. I knocked first before entering, and walked on in. Lesson??? Always wait until they invite you in! Even people who have strokes can still.....um......

The pool near my house has three changing rooms: one for men, one for women, and one that says "family." In the family one, there are larger that usual changing rooms with doors, so that parents can take their kids in with them and get them changed. But whenever I go with my grandchildren, there always seem to be some older men and women - yes, both - wandering around the "family" change room naked. They don't even bother with the changing rooms, just strip down in front of the lockers. They don't have any kids with them, so why don't they go into the men's or women's change areas?? Or if they feel that the family area is the right one for them for some unknown reason, why not use one of the change rooms so conveniently provided? It doesn't bother me all that much to see people naked, really, I just don't understand why they are there.

I'd be complaining if there were naked adults in the public areas of the family changing room. There is no excuse for it, they can use the regular facilities for that. The family rooms are so people can avoid uncomfortable naked situations with people of the opposite sex with their children.

If it's a male locker room and you see and old guy naked. Live with it. You will be that old guy some day. Same with the female locker room. Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to be above everyone. If I see an old lady with too much hangage I won't keep looking. I won't think she doesn't deserve to be there though. I will be there some day and I hope that people will have learned to respect our elders by then. Though doubtful all I'll have to remember is how to raise the middle finger at people who care enough to be rude.

Wow 85!! Suddenly the 65 year old guy in the lime green Speedo in a previous post does not seem all that bad!
