Do Lightning Lanes work during extended evening hours?

We are thinking of buying the Lightning Lane Multi Pass on a day when Epcot and/or Magic Kingdom has extended evening hours. Will we be able to use the Multi Pass during the extended evening hours? Or are all rides "stand by only" during the extended hours?

I assume Premier Pass isn’t available either during EEH if there was a ride you didn’t use it for during the day?

That's correct there are no LL queues open as @mikalkwin posted above. All attractions are Standby queue only outside of normal park hours.

Do note that most lines are very short during these times, so the LL is generally not needed. You might still find a bit of a wait at the most popular new attrations.
