I was inspired by all of you runners, so I signed up for a free learn to run clinic through work. It looks pretty much like a c25k program that runs every Thursday at lunch hour. We'll see how that goes! (I hate running so much)

Be careful! Very very careful. The C25k is a gateway drug. Before you know it, you're doing 10K's, 10 milers, and half marathons. If you get in really deep you'll also complete full marathons! ( the shame of it! ). Someday you'll check your bank statement only to find a big fat zero where you once had money, and now runDisney now has ALL your money!! Think long and hard about starting to run!
I like to think I can quit anytime, I mean I mostly do 5ks with an occasional half marathon. Sure, I can quit whenever I want to ........

Yep, tell people you are going to Disney to run and race and NEVER hear "You're going to Disney AGAIN?!?" :rotfl2:

I could have reached the halfway point yesterday if only I'd put the numbers in my spreadsheet earlier! I just needed 18 minutes, but it was late and I was sleepy so didn't. Happy to take a walk today so I can change colors! :banana:

Goodness! This month is flying by! 180 minutes at the Gym and Pool/PT therapy so far. The sun is shining! yeah! Hope you all are doing well.
