Took a break from running to do a good ol' fashioned p90x workout. I really don't like Tony - DH and I make fun of him constantly. 45 minutes chest and back (pushups and pullups, ugh)!

That's funny you don't like him. I think he's hilarious an really good at his job. I find him entertaining and I think that's part of why his programs are successful. DH does roll his eyes at him a lot, as do I, but I like corny jokes and stuff like that. But I've only don p90x3 maybe he's different in p90x.

Now Jillian michaels on the other hand, definitely not my cup of tea.

I'm just glad the options exist!

I've only seen snippets of Tony and I don't mind Jillian but don't get me started on Leslie Sansone! :rotfl2:

60 minutes walking and 61 minutes run/walking brings me to 391/1200

Told my husband I wanted to run a Disney race (he's heard this before). His answer: why don't I run around the block 13 times and each time I go by the house, he'll be wearing a different Disney character t-shirt. Then when I'm done, he'll put my Mouse Ears on my head and put a cardboard laminated Mickey on a lanyard around my neck. :( It just isn't the same.

I think it may be time to stock the kitchen with PLAYSKOOL food; plastic broccoli, fries, fried eggs, chicken drumsticks, bacon, bananas , apples etc.
Serve up these snacks on melamine disney plates. :)

I know this isn't really funny but it did make me laugh. :)

Yesterday I walked for 45 min and today I ran for 30. Did a speed work workout I read for 5k time improvement. It felt good to go fast today even if it was on the treadmill (still raining...)
