I know I've been a bit MIA (there's a reason there was no way I was going to be able to host April). Things have been crazy at work and we're heading into the busiest and most stressful week of the semester.
I've been moving when I've had the chance and as Mother Nature suddenly decided to give us SPRING! so if I can just make it through the next few days, I'll be ok.
Been fighting some kind of sickness, and actually had to leave work early today, but I did manage to get a long run in yesterday... Outside! But...I got sunburned. Oops!
3 more walks since I last posted, but still not nearly as much as I'd like. Everyone in my house has been fighting a cold or something, and we have been severely out of routine.
But anyway, I'm up to 147/600, and still plugging along.
Wow I'm behind in reporting my exercise. I did 45 minutes walking on Friday, 45 min run and 30 min yoga on Sunday and 45 min walk plus 30 min Pilates core workout today.
