Is it April yet, we've got almost everything done! Our tickets and character meals are purchased and I get to make our dining reservations this week. The only thing I have left to do is book the DCA tour and watch our countdown get closer and closer!!

We are headed down for one day, April 10. DH, DS13, DD11, DS10, DD6. Just a day trip at the end of a cruise. I am kicking myself that I didn't buy our tickets last week when I booked the rest of our trip. The price hike won't stop us from going but, it hurts a little. And maybe I'll have to eat less fudge.

We're also going to be there the last week in April. We fly in the 24th and are going to have lunch in Downtown Disney and then head to San Diego for a few days. We're going to end our trip with a few days at Disneyland!

K guys. Booked lunch at blue bayou, wondering if I should book a F! Dining package? We really want to see the show, and really don't care about the meal. So, is it really hard to get a fp day of? I would rather do that. Thanks!

From what i have been reading, its not TOO hard to get a fp but if you want good seating then a dining package is the way to go. We are going to end up booking the blue bayou because I wanted to eat there anyways and its not all that much more to book the package vs just eating a meal. But it is only available for dinner if i understand correctly, not for lunch

My sister was there about a month ago and she said the fp for Fantasmic worked just fine and she could see everything really well. She actually liked it better than before because they weren't waiting as long prior to the show to hold spots. I guess the only way to know for sure that you get a fantastic seat is to do the dining package but if it is not in the budget you can still enjoy the show just fine with a fast pass.

If your going after the spring break/easter week my guess you can expect short hours 10am-8 or 9pm

I can see the park hours through the end of April on the WDW site. Is there something else that you're waiting for or were they not populated earlier this week?

Hi folks!!!

We just booked a 'last minute trip' for the end of April. Had NO plans of going this year, but I've managed to swing it with my side home business income. SO EXCITED! We'll be there for 5 days

We're going to make a countdown chain this weekend to help my DS (5) understand better how long we have to go. I think that will help his excitement grow too. I bought some cute Disneyland Scrapbook paper and cute stickers for it. I'm so excited that we're getting close enough to be able to start our chain countdown. I think we'll do a 50 day countdown.

51 days! 51 days! Having an awful day, but just thinking of that makes me smile. Bonus, starting Sunday we can all say we are going to DL next month!

Question for you veterans. Photo Pass Plus, worth it? It looks like it is $70 if I sign up online. Is it just for 1 day, or entire visit? Is it expensive to get your pics when you get home (either printing, or downloading to computer to print later)?

Absolutely worth it. The number of photos you can get, the quality, and the convenience make it totally worthwhile, especially if you buy it before you leave home. Character meal pictures, ride photos are all included. I won't get it this trip because it's just me and my DS, but with our entire family, we were so happy to have it! I don't think you'll be disappointed. I think it is the best Disney deal going!
