I woke up this morning, scared of what I'd find...hoping that the predator didn't return......and gues what? I walked down the stair relieved to see the tip of the topiary still standing up, and then lots of movement in the "globe". I got closer and mama was back with her baby!

Hooray! I had a feeling she would be very fast and get away. You are right, 'though. That part of the circle of life is hard.

I wanted to chime in and say that we LOVE "White Christmas" at our house too. Although it's almost painful to see how tiny Vera's waist is. Unbelievable. And talk about legs!

Thanks Bro! I miss you guys too. Life is just a little crazy at the moment. Not the CMO stuff - - - it's all wonderful. Just the "real" job and all the other aspects of life that are teetering on the edge!

I believe they are still in previews at that point. I can't confirm any dates (because I'm honestly not sure of them!) but my role is primarily associated with the press events. I think the official grand opening may be the next week.

Well if not this time then hopefully another.... you have a whole year of duties!

Yes, it's on the Bette Midler sings the Rosemary Clooney Songbook CD. I believe it's a duet with Linda Ronstadt. I love Bette and it's a great updated piece!
