The Adventures of The Traveling Fire Pit

We picked up the fire pit this morning, and may rethink not using it. Loved this past weeks weather, and now chillier for this week. So it will be put to good use. Met the fire pits foster parents. Very nice family. leagirl12, thank you for passing it on.

Do you guys think bell services would hold the fire pit for the next participant? I ask because our other favorite place to stay while visiting the Mouse is Wyndham Bonnet Creek and there is a pair of "DIS Pay if Forward" rubbermaid-type bins that get held at bell services between participants. I wonder if the fire pit is compact enough to do the same with bell services at the Fort?

I had wondered the same thing. My guess would be "no" but it surely couldn't hurt to ask.

We are in 707 - we won't use the pit, but you can drop it here and the next person who wants it can come pick it up.

I have lost track of who has it and when we are in for a short stay 3/16 to 3/18. Quick trip so we are bringing my tiny Honda Fit and a tent...would love to have it for the weekend. We have been at the Fort every month since JULY , this is our shortest trip yet

CDNCruiser, we have decided to leave on Friday, instead of Saturday, so if the offer is still avail, we would drop it off Friday morning for Tiggerdad. We are so happy we received the fire pit. tiggerdad... we brought our own fire pit but can not find any firewood! We went to Walmart, Winn Dixie and Publix... any other idea where we can find some firewood? we would even take the fake firewood i.e Duraflame if we could find some!
