Well, as long as you can FEEL it, and not have any other sensory realities.
We really needed that walk- let me tell ya!
As in Dole Whips?

Or as in how much I suck at your game?
Yes, The DISBoards, your local all-inclusive European travel digest.

More urges forthcoming...
Relief is a fitting word- to be sure!
I like that they take the freedom to decorate uniquely; there was nothing sterile or cookie cutter about it!

I wish I had gotten a photo of the curio cabinet FULL of someone's bell collection. That was really cool!
That's RIGHT!! You're a knitter extraordinaire! One who even wins awards and ribbons, if I'm not mistaken.

I can understand your excitement- it'd be like someone showing photos of a well-stocked fabric shop to me.
A great big, gigantic

to you, Wendy!!! So glad you've uncloaked yourself and are lending yourself to be assimilated! It won't take long...
They are VERY lovely and friendly, and were so helpful too!! I loved our day and evening with them so very much, and we'll be getting to that in another several installments. (Ask the regulars, I tend to go anti-warp speed around here, making my reports last just short of 4-ever.)
Now, let's see what else?? We have always flown into Frankfurt because that's the only place that has flights to and from Almaty. We spent a half day once there too, and loved that as well. ICE trains? What more can I say? I did see a "waiter" going up and down the aisle with drinks and pastries, but assumed it was only for a class above ours. Sure would have been a nice service iwth our circumstances so I didn't have to leave the kids to get my coffee. (I did anyway, because I firmly believe my coffee is more important than my puking children.
(I'm kidding, for all of you don't know that I love sarcasm.) )
Gosh, I didn't get the name of the pastry place we loaded up at- it was in the airport, and at that point, I was stressed out about finding the luggage storage place and the train station. Shoot!
Someday, we'd love to see more of Europe, but might opt for Southern France or Italy next time. We also love our tropical vacations to Thailand, and want to see something of the Caribbean as well. So it will be a while before we make it back to Germany again.
