hi guys so you all are getting another turkey day cruise going? ahhhhh..........i've been putting the finishing touches on my scrapbook from that there cruise and it's brought back lots of good memories

we will have to pass but have FUN!! and note my countdown

Willie- That was one of my favorite commercials. I also liked the snickers bar commercial, but I understand that it will not be played again because it is not P.C..

Here is what my stateroom door looked like for the 2004 Thanksgiving cruise. I had a listing of DIS Meets posted there at the top. And some Beaumont, Texas magnets all over that I gave away.

Here is my kid brother in Bahgdad. He is heading back over this week. His job is to find and blow up ordnance that the Iraqis hid out in the Desert. They dig up those shells and make IEDs out of them.

I'll take Willie up on his suggestion. Here is an old photo from a Royal Carribean cruise that I took a few years back. I am posting this for Lampy to take note of the hardware to be had on the RCCL ships!

Also, you please note my choice of beverage.

Lampy- I am counting on you to represent on your cruise. You won lots of medals on the Magic-let's see you bring home a RCCL medal (I have two-one from each of the last two RCCL cruises)!

She got one medal for winning the ping pong tournament, one for the air guitar contest, and then there was another for the "so you think you know your family" competition. Three medals! Right there with good old uncle Lampy!

OK- I have to pull this thread up from page two, again.

Lampy, Willie is pulling ahead of you. I know you can sneak up on him.

So, how is the weather today in Indiana? I get the Chicago station WGN on cable here, and saw the weather report last night. The 7 day forecast is that it will not go above 32 for the next week! It is 62 here now (11 am) and we are expecting a high of 75. Lows in the 50's and highs in the 70's for the next week.

How about a photo of your back yard?

This past week, we had several days in the mid to upper 80's, it was feeling like summer here. Now we are getting a cold snap, so we will see highs in the upper 60's - but it sure beats a week at below feezing!!!

You're right, it does beat freezing. And, BTW, I always loved California. I haven't been there in over 20 years, but I remember how I love the beaches and the mountains there.
