I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of thanks. The disney half was the first race that I've ever signed up for. This forum, and especially the posts by Coach Charles, have been extremely helpful in preparing me for the race in every way.

During the past couple of days, I've been going crazy with anticipation. (or maybe it's the taper) Coach's recent posts walking through the race, have been perfectly timed gems.
