When you contact Guest Relations from home via email about an issue with another area and they are wonderful and go above and beyond to make things right, who do you contact to put in a good word for the Guest Relations CM?
I had an issue concerning the resort. A Guest Relations rep sent something to my son and was very responsive when she called me in response to my email.
Does this make any sense?
