test track ?

We will be leaving for Disney on Jan.8, we were planning to go to Epcot that night solely for the reason that it will be the last day Test Track is open before closing for refurb. on Jan.9. I have been reading about how it has been breaking down alot lately - so my question is if there is somewhere we can call to see if TT is open that night?? I don't want to waste a days ticket that night if it isn't open. thanks!

Are you staying on Disney property? If so, ask the CM when you check in. They may know or should be able to find out for you. We arrive tomorrow and had EPCOT scheduled for the 8th. So the first thing we are doing is Test Track. I've never been on it and it wasn't there the last time my dad was there and he's excited about it.
