Morning Everyone!!

I need a good table dancing session every once in a while. It helps keep my wild side from really taking over. I could use a good pole dacing session next.

Mac - Im sorry about the onions in your chili last night. It happens to everyone once in a while.

TVT - you better wake us all up.

Ed - it's nice to have you back playing with me..US..I meant us.

Deena - how is everyone adjusting back to the routine? Do you have pics of the boys in their costumes?

Mic - Ed does have some sweet cheeks.

Pam - Do you still have a bunch of Halloween candy? I sent most of ours to Lee's office, but I still have a ton of left overs that I never handed out.

Keisha - sorry you missed the fun last night. Since you were at church did you pray for us. Some of us need it more than others, but I would never mention Tony's name.

Bob - don't forget to post pics! We would love to see the kids in their costumes.

Gant - we miss you. Hope you had a great halloween and I hope your kids got lots of candy. Seeing as you have the most kids, I bet your house is filled with candy.

I hope Tony comes around, but he has had a lot going on in the past few days. I'll try to tell him we are all cheaper than therapy. Let's just all try to send him good thoughts this week.

Remember the church lady from SNL? All Confirmation candidates' parents got a letter in the mail yesterday informing us of mandatory 3 meeting requirement with religious director to "...ensure that we all have best faith interests of each child in mind..." CCD instructor told the kids in church yesterday that they're implementing a sign in sheet for kids & their parents to verify attendence @ mass...I always thought that's what the collection envelopes were for . Can you say heavy-handed?

ocm - giving away your candy-shocking! We've got a gigantic bowl sitting on DR table that keeps calling me...thus far I've only had a tootsie roll. They may come home & find me passed out, face first in it.

gotta hit the kmarts, walgreens, targets and walmarts today. stock up on next year.........

Happy Nekky day everyone!!!!


Ocm--We do have tons of candy, and I pledge to stay out of it today...i stole some peanut m&m's out of it yesterday
We gave out 8 bags of candy in 1 1/2 hours so Pam's light went dark! Then i went and picked up dave and the kids and we went to the places that were to far to walk.

I am planning on drawing for the secret santa soon....i just need to hear back from ONE more person.

If I don't give it away, I'll eat it. I have ZERO will power.

I did almost all my november bday gifts yesterday and I have 1 bday gift left for Dec. I have three more to get for the two months and I'll be done with that.

After that, I have a few more Christmas gifts to get and I'll be done with that. I decided to bake, once I get to DC for my stepfathers side of the family. I just cant afford gifts for everyone anymore.

I still need to get gifts for 6 more people, then i'll be done with christmas (not including the baking clan.

I am going to DC for Christmas. Tony is coming here on his way to TN again (airfare is like $300 cheaper from here to Memphis than it is from Orlando.) So I'll leave for DC Christmas eve, once I get TVT to the airport, then come back on the 28th. We are going to do our Christmas on New Years Day again this year. My family was so excited that I was coming back, although, very disappointed it was going to be so short.

hmmm...candy....my downfall...and you know, I eat it, then wonder why did I do that? it isn't that great of a satisfaction, I guess because I'm NOT supposed to chow down on it that it tastes so good.

Glad you are coming home for the holidays Momma, that will be nice for you and the kids....TVT sure is like Uncle Traveling Matt flying all around. I know that week home will be insane, but maybe just maybe we can sneak a lunch or dinner in together

you know, I love the holidays but i hate them....it is always wicked busy around here during that time for us with going from this house to that house. Don't know if i would change it if i could though...it's how i grew up

I haven't did anymore xmas shopping...although I have that kohls thing i have to use so I am going to look online today to see if i can redeem it on there...if i can't i will have to make a trip to lincoln or omaha...it is like $80.00 I don't want to just throw it away!

Pam, the holidays always seem hectic, although our's is much quieter since the kids are grown and out of the house. You get used to the hustle/bustle, but it's also nice to feel relaxed when it finally arrives and just enjoy it. I plan to really pare back gift giving, I had sorta got out of control for a few years, and you know, we are blessed all year long, so I'm keeping that in mind.

Ed, I agree, I'd love to stay in the Tower once, I've been in quite a few of the resorts, but not that one, well to sleep anyway
