well, earlier this afternoon I had a post I THOUGHT posted, and I get on here to read tonight and its gone This server busy crapola needs to grind to a halt and quit losing my posts.

We went to town after I got off work, we had an appt., then picked up tags for new truck, ate at Carabbas, then went to the mall for a bit. I hate shopping with my dh along, he spoils all the fun.......

We need to clean up more trees in the morning then off to trent's baseball games which got moved to 1pm...so i will try to check in but not sure if it si going to work...

hey jules.
i see ocm posted on her and deena's portion of the trip.

for me i go for 14 days starting with the last tuesday of sept and return columbus day night. i start out with disney and end with universal.
staying the 10 nights on site for disney and on site for 4 at universal.

i had made my ressies before i knew of the dis ladies trip. deena is the one that told me about it. she reads more on the dis than i do. i hang out at the universal forums more.

i linked up with the group as it only had been started out 2 days before i joined in. my join in time was after a vote was taken to determine which 4 day weekend it would be. it so happened the weekend they agreed upon was the time period for when i would be there.

it is open to anyone. you can join up with it too if you want. from our homies, ocm and deena and i will be down there.
i planned some meals with the group and then the adventure of hhn with the homies here and some add ons.
the dis ladies only meet is friday sept 29 to monday. most now have added a day prior to it and a few are coming in on wed.

wil yu be in school at that time ?

Yes I'll be in school, and I really can't be missing any classes, it's too important to me. I was just curious, because I do have universal passes that are still good. I'll have to check the calendar for $$ purposes to. Too bad you gals aren't going in October, I think my refund for books will come the end of Sept. I still need to save and I already have enough to more than cover that stuff so maybe I could have enough extra. It's one of those things that I'll really have to think about and I won't do it unless I can do it comfortably. It may not even be worth it to me, I'd only be able to stay a few days (i.e. Thursday night to Sunday night). I know Universal requires a 4 night stay minimum, I'd only be able to stay for 3. I'd say probably not to coming along although I'd love to, I'll have to check prices and calendars.

universal on site hotels has no minumum stay policy. you can stay there only 1 night or as many as you wish.

Ok, I swung over the the tech board, and I'm not alone with this problem. It wouldn't even let me edit, so here is another quick reply. I'll be scarce til it's straightened up, I don't have the wherewithall to fight the Dis tonight.....

Recital was adorable...no sheep Pam nor clowns, but the Little Miss Muffets and the yellow flowers were the cutest kids ever! Our girl did awesome...in fact she was "directing" some of the other girls on stage...LOL...and the one little girl let out "please stop pointing your finger at me, I know what I'm doing"...crowd got a good laugh out of that

We have 1 night booked at the RPR in Oct for HHN. We get in to Orlando (hopefully) Friday the 20th, if not then Sat the 21st, spend 1 night at Disney then head to cruise. Cruise 10/22-10-26. Come back to Disney for 2 nights then to RPR for our last night.

Well my partners closed on our second house while I was in Orlando so now we have 2 closings under our belt, YAY. And we made more money off this house. So we went house shopping today for lucky #3 and found we liked. Its pretty yucky but can really be cute after we get hold of it.

older son came friday before noon and stil here with us.

hmm, that's odd I just checked the web site yesterday and it said 4 night minimum. I was assuming you didn't actually have to stay that long (imagine them coming in and tying you to the bed so you couldn't leave ), just that you had to pay for that long.

Jules, you will have to try and hook up with some of the group this fall. Doesn't appear I will be making it to WDW this year. Just too much of getting back on our feet and new jobs to go running off. If anything, I want to try and squeeze a visit in with the kids...not even sure about that yet.

Just finished putting laundry away and doing up some dishes. I'm debating on doing my ironing tonight or tomorrow.....hmmmmmm...decisions, decisions
