I know, I don't have time to be sick at all. There should be an immunity enzime that comes with pregnancy. So, once we've had a kid, we can't get sick ourselves.

It really would make life easier wouldn't it.

Pam, all siblings do that to each other...."look what I got, guess what I'm doing, guess who asked me over"....yeah, yeah....been there done that...heck they still act up and they are adults!!

Ed, you are the wise one sitting back enjoying your Sunday....after I did what I posted earlier, I went and watched a movie....ok, I had DVR'd Ladder 49 back in OCTOBER and never watched it, well it was on Starz today so I decided to sit and watch.....LOL...oh well, I had it in reserve anyway...

mac, you are as busy as a three armed paper hanger.........

Mac - if I don't catch up with you tonight, have a safe trip. Tell your dad we send our love too. I'm so glad he is getting out of the hospital and I am sure they will be very glad to have your help. How long will you be going for?

Mic - I liked ladder 49, but I didnt like the ending.

pkasbohm - at the risk of dating myself, I've got 3 sons: Shawn, 25 (High School Football Coach & Supervisor @ Children's Home/Orphanage; soon-to-be Officer Jeremy, 19 & David, 12 (my baby). They grow too fast. Can't believe we're sending the oldest on Honeymoon in January. Of course, WDW-Boardwalk .

Tony will finally be out of that hospital bed tonight on the Sopranos...bring it on. Think the 24 seasons' even better this year.

sweetlovin - I saw the latest HP in the theater but, have yet to last thru the DVD, I keep falling asleep for some reason. Hear that happens alot as you get older LOL.

mac - best wishes for you & your parents. I'm finding this whole sandwich generation thing stressful.

Momma, I had come to the conclusion about 1/2 through the movie that it was going to end the way it did......but I still cried.....

I cried too. I was just talking to TVT about movies that no matter how many times you see them, or no matter if you know the ending, they will get you to cry.

The biggest one for me is When A Man Loves A Woman, Meg Ryan and Andy Garcia. I cry everytime.

Morning Everyone.

Mac - we will miss you. Have a great visit and a safe trip.

I had the past two night from Heck. Last night was worse than the night before. Julie had on a pull up for sleeping, but had the nasty case of the runs. Well, you know how I am, so I had to run and get DH, while I threw up.

This happened twice last night. I'm so tired from not sleeping the past two nights, you would think I had an infant.

Nico got up with a wicked high fever while I was dealing with Julie. So, I got him Medicine and sent him back to bed.

At least Samantha is healthy. One out of three isn't bad.

Pam, did you get to relax at all yesterday? I did off and on, but Sunday's are never long enough for me..........first thing you know it's time to go to bed and start the week all over again

A very groggy good morning.

Later this week, after I get off sick kid watch, my goal for the week is to go through and get the winter clothes put away and all the summer clothes out and sorted for each child.

If I feel so inclined, maybe I'll get Lee's clothes done too, but, Im more worried about the kids than the others.

Yes..i have cried at songs before too. I know, I'm too soft. Anyway, one time I was pregnant, with Sammie or Julie, and I was driving in the car and I heard that "Cats in the Cradle" song. I dont even know if that is the name, but, it's all about this father who doesn't have time to play with his son, then when the son gets older, he doesnt see his dad. I had tears streaming down my face.

I also cry when I have to leave and I'm going to miss the people. Like when I leave DC and hug everyone goodbye. I cried the entire way home after my grandfathers funeral.

But, I don't cry that often. Really I don't. Honest. You believe me right?

Morning all!

it was very hard to fall asleep and then turn around and wake up this morning! May be a nap in my future when the kids take a nap today!
It was hard to scoot everyone out the door this morning as they were all draggin' too....


Mac--safe travels my friend!!!! Hope you have a good visit! My lasik is Sat. at 4pm....Bob's is this weekend too, but not for sure what day...thinking maybe friday?

ocm--sorry to hear your kids are so sick!!! Hope they get better soon! Lucky you that Lee will help you clean up....Dave does a pretty good job helping me when in need too!

Mic--I did get a little cat nap in yesterday...it was hard not to with the storms we had all day! Looks like we are in a pattern here....every third day we are suppose to have severe weather! Looks like I better get my storm shelter prepared as we may be in there a couple times
