test Part 10

Evening friends....hope you all are enjoying your football....I've done this and that today, played on the computer a bit and now I'm off to watch some TV before going to sleep. Nothing special, not sure what's on, so I'll watch an old movie I've got DVR'd...

Mac, I'm always so pleased when you say you looked out for us at church, I really do love you for that :goodvibes

Ok, who pulled the plug on Friday night and Saturday and most of Sunday? can't believe it's almost back to work day.........:headache: we have a new controller starting tomorrow, a new position in the company too, so not sure how she will fit in as far as friendliness goes, she will have a position quite a bit higher then the rest of us......we'll see.

i love all my test buddy friends here.

i even have you covered on sunday and wednesday nights also.

that means you can be bad a couple days a week and still be on the good list..........:rolleyes1

sweet sleep all

evening all!

Noah's team won by 4 points today. I think noah ended up with 8-10 points. He had alot of good passes...i was a proud mommy today:thumbsup2

just got in from doing the much hated weekely grocery shopping...i really think i need to hired someone to do that for me:rolleyes:

mic--i hope your new lady is nice. I'm sure that it will take a little while for everyone to be comfortable.

I really don't want monday to come...why do all the weekends have to go so fast?!?!

Well, I guess I am off to do a few things to get ready for tomorrow. Have a good night everyone.

congratulations to noah!

and the MVP of the game.

be very proud of him pam!

yes, it is about monday again.
snap, that day keeps coming around and i am never prepared for it.
by the time we hit thursday, i am back in the routine of life just to have it broken up again by the weekend.

and then along comes that monday again......

hope everyone had a great weekend.

i'm looking forward to tuesday and american idol.
sure hope it's not a loser again like it was last year.

can you say........boring...........

Good morning...happy Monday all...have a good start to your week....

No budge on the scale:mad: this morning...grrrr...but I'm gonna persevere

Kinda yucky out this morning, raining and dreary, good day for a Monday

It's a Magnificient Monday...naw; just sounds better;)

my local forecast this week: 30's & snow flurries; 3 medical appts to attend (none of them mine-works for me lol)

mac - who knew curves was so high tech? thanks for 'splaining Favre's appearance; makes sense. I was just never the mt. man sorta girl, like my men to smell pretty; just not to far into the metrosexual sort. this coming from the schlump who runs around the house in athletic pants & an old disney t-shirt most days - do put on my face...or i'd scare the dogs. might just be me, i expect the soap stars to maintain their good looks; more important than their thespian skillspopcorn::

mic - how's the bike working out? I've been hoping on the scale each day this week as opposed to once a week; nearly had a stroke when one day it jumped 7 pds; bounced back down within 2 days:confused3 ; does your's normally flucuate that much. Was the same time of day & same sort of clothing when i measured.

pam - congrats to Noah! How much longer is your season? As I recall we go to mid feb. I'm glad my DS is hanging in there despite not starting; managed to score a few times. Perhaps this will convince him to actually pick up a BB during the off season & shoot some in the portable hoop in the driveway a legacy from his older bros who used it all the time. If DH & I didn't play an around the world challenge every now & again, it'd get cobwebs

anyone watch the Sara Conner/terminator show last night - way better than i thought; on again tonight. New gladiator too; easy to watch while i read:thumbsup2

only part of Idol my kids will watch with me, until the finals is the tryouts...so bad, it's good.

Morning all!

EEKKK...it's monday:surfweb:

ks--Trent's ball is over tomorrow(thank god) I really think these are the worst coaches he has had yet. I guess it has made me think that his baseball coach isn't to bad compared to them. Just gets under my skin when adults/coaches think it is okay to be rude/mean to kids no matter what age they are. I really wish this town would get people to coach that can coach not people who want to coach for extra money:sad2: Noah's rec. leage just started. I think he goes till the beg. of March.

mac--i'm with ya on the routine thing by thursday. The kids are always off until wed. so they start acting better on wed./thurs. and then I have to train them all over again on monday:sad2:

mic--wait till about wed. i bet the scale will move for you. Seems that is how it always works for me. I NEVER step on a scale on monday...no matter what:rolleyes:

Well, i guess I better get busy. Have a good monday everyone

hey there all........:goodvibes

winter is coming back!

i didn't watch the sarah connors show as i would probably nitpick it to death.
change is hard for me.
what do you think?
was this sarah better than the sarah from the movies?

mac - it's different; anything with terminators in it can't be all bad;)

speaking of termination:rolleyes1 oldest DS got the bad word today from his real job...night supervisor position being eliminated Head supervisor let go a few weeks ago, new owners/all new incoming management team. Decent severance pkg, letter of recommendation & unemployment eligible. I'm just glad he kept his cool-class act imo. I would've freaked, still feel like a mama bear who needs to go forth & swat them suckers down.

ugghhh....sorry to hear that ks. Atleast he has the decent severance package and unemployment eligible. I am sure he will find something else better that he likes a whole lot more:goodvibes

Afternoon all...I forgot earlier...YAY Noah...glad he had an awesome game, but boo on the nasty coaching...that always makes it not so much fun

KS, not into that Terminator stuff, but glad you enjoyed it

I rode 15 miles each day this weekend, and was very conservative (translation: GOOD) with my food intake, and the scale said 2 lbs. up ! I don't get it. I'm not giving up the excercise though, if nothing else, it can't hurt me. I do think 10 miles will be my limit on work nights though, with increased mileage on weekends. It is discourging at times. When I first had my weight loss, it was like it just melted away, constantly decreasing, now it just wants to sit... :sad2:

Sorry bout ds's job, but at least he is getting some sort of compensation. I know the mama bear feelings, I think they are always part of being 'the mom'

Very quiet here today, my best friend moved her belongings upstairs today, and my fate is still out there floating about, I'm very frustrated and I hate the not knowing what is happening. I feel so alone with her up there too, we support each other alot and lean on each other when the place goes nuts:upsidedow

thanks guys, guess you're always in mom-mode even when they're grown up:confused3 not as much worried about him finding a job; just thinking it'd be difficult to find one to mesh with his other ones (although part-time; his passion-football) that and the fact that he sounded so sad...think i need to invite him to a home-cooked breakfast complete with a hug.

guess it's the new way of business, a great review one day & out on your butt the next after a merger/sale:headache:

mic - i bet you're packing on muscle! no personal experience lol; do hear it's heavier?

mac - it's different; anything with terminators in it can't be all bad;)

I sure understand that momma bear thing. Hate it when I can't make everything better.

Way to go Noah! Sorry bout the crappy coaches, that makes the momma bear want to come out in me too. Have had to deal with plenty of those over the years.

Hope everyone had a terrific Monday.

Evening all....packing on muscle, that's it KS :thumbsup2 So I only rode 10 miles tonight, but peddled much faster, so that should have helped the heart out, making it work a little harder...it actually does feel good once you get going, but when I peddle that hard, I'm pooped :goodvibes but then that is the purpose

KS, hope it all works out for your ds, and it will...it stinks, but that is how it goes today, they call it 'reorganizing' ask Pam's Dave, and they find that loophole to get you out or make you want out...such a great business world we have  A homecooked breakfast and a hug sound like what the doctor ordered:hug:

Ok, gonna clean up and watch a little TV...Dance Wars is on tonight, will see if it will retain my attention on week 2

i'm so sorry to hear that!
that is just awful.

he'll get something better soon. crossing fingers and sending pixiedust: his way.

mic are you saying your job is on the line?
that's not good pixie dust for you too....:grouphug: pixiedust:

you could be losing body fat which is good.
and you could be building muscle mass.
within the month, you will lose pounds and be toner.

Good morning friends....

Thanks for the encouragement mac, I'm looking to see a couple pounds wave bye-bye now...:goodvibes I'll keep doing what I'm doing, it can't hurt

No, I don't think my job is on the line, its just I've been promised a lot of things that I don't think at this point are going to happen:mad: I don't care so much if he changes his mind about being his personal assistant, I can live with that one for now, but I'm not supposed to be staying the receptionist, for 6 months now we all have been waiting for the 'big move' upstairs, well, the 2 gals I work with have moved and I'm still a sitting...oh well

Gotta go, have a good start friends, may drop in later
