With me and my two adult sisters, park hopper, dining plan, and Pop from Jan 19-27, we're paying $2700. So far I know of no codes, though we're using a travel agent who watches out for that for us.

General public codes for those dates should come out around Oct and you can use that code and try to apply it to your existing reservation if there are rooms open for that code for your dates. Good luck!

I've been trying to get Pop Dec. 6-14th every single day since the codes were released and nothing is available. I'm very willing to switch to the all stars or moderates if it will save me, but nothings available. I'm using MMP because I booked online, not over the phone.

We're doing the MYW Package plus deluxe dp. From what I understand, I'm using the right code, but no availability.

Congrats to all those who got a discount!

This morning I checked on-line (like I have done every morning since the code came out) and found that a preferred room at CBR was available for our dates. So I immediately got on the phone and was able to switch over from a standard room. I am beyond thrilled right now. We are still saving over $450 from our original price.

Kept calling with code QXD and nothing available.
And today, viola! An opening at Coronado Springs came available with code QXG and we changed for a total of $1508! Only $31 more!

The DGL was on Mousesavers.com and was without the dinning plan...We spend about the same out on food as with dinning and don't like the idea of being restricted as to what we can get to eat. Anyway bascially it's the same discount w/out the dinning plan....

You can't. Apparently, Disney released two different versions of the code depending on whether you originally booked online or on the phone. Why? I have NO idea. Just makes more confusion if you ask me.

Mickeysgirl~ I think the reason you are having no luck is because your dates fall within the blackout time. Dates available for the codes are 9/28-11/25, 11/29-12/3, and 12/13-12/23. Maybe you can switch your dates?

Using the General Public code of UVL posted on Disney's website under Special Offers we (ME 42 and DD 6) are going to ASMo from Oct 18 - 23 preferred room, DxDP, Base tickets 6 days and magical express for $1225

You don't "put" the code anywhere. Here is what you do. Go to Disneyworld.com. Duh! Click on "Tickets & Reservations" at the top right. Then when the new page comes up click on "Special Offers" in the left menu. When the next new page pops up choose "Fantastic Fall Getaway....." in the middle of the page. Yet another page will come up telling you about the offer, just scroll down and click the tab that says "Get Started". Tink will tell you to please wait while the page is loaded and the final page will be the reservation window. You will know if you have done this correctly if the top of this last page says "October - December Magic Your Way Package Offer." Plug in your desired info and it will quote you based on the code that best suits your package. Good Luck. And just so you know I have my package booked through AAA. I plugged in the info for my trip and it came up with the same price I am paying through AAA, so I know this works!

We were at Pop for 7 nights starting 11/29/08, MYW + Dining. Then I got a code, I called and since there was no code availabilty at Pop, I upgraded to CBR MYW + Dining. A week's worth of upgrade for $97.

Hmmmm....are you sure about that? I thought that this thread was about using specific discount codes.

I got a code from another message board. We were at Pop for 7 nights starting 11/29/08, MYW + Dining for 1917.00. This was the rate I got at Disneyworld.com. Then I got a code, I called and since there was no code availabilty at Pop, I upgraded to CBR MYW + Dining for 2014.00. A week's worth of upgrade for $97, I didn't see Disneyworld.com offering that.

Well if you want to use a specific code then you first need to know what the code is you want to use and call a TA or CM. If you do it online, it will automatically come up. I was originally booked at POP and then changed my ressie to CBR after the code came out. The quotes that my AAA TA gave me for both scenerios was the same as what I got on Disneyworld.com. So yeah, I think I'm pretty sure. Did you do the "code" online the way I just mentioned, because if you don't follow those steps then your going to get a higher rate. Just for an example. My ressie is for 4 adults (don't have to pay for DD yet!), 8 nights at CBR Nov 2-10 standard view, 9 day hopper & water park plus basic dining. I you do it the way I mentioned the quote is $3,466.xx. If you do it the regular way online the quote is $4,060.xx. That's a difference of $594!!
