I don't like wind. March is gone, so now April brings rain for the spring flowers. But we do need some rain in Central Texas, but no flooding please.

Apparently weather was very nice in SE WI last week, but we were in Orlando where it was in the 80's and sunny every day. Absolutely beautiful weather. Now it's back to WI reality with temps in the 50's and rain.

Rainy and 40's here. We've had a nice stretch here for a while, but the next few days are a bit cooler!

Crazy Spring weather.

Nearly 70 today and snow tomorrow. I'm going to have to bring the coach home tonight and run the furnace the next 2 nights. Pretty crazy for the end of April.

This is our current radar. For those down south, the blue stuff is snow. The snow is supposed to start here in the next few hours. They don't expect anything to stick since it was 72 yesterday, but it is still getting cold enough the next 2 nights to bring the coach home and plug it in so I don't freeze up the water lines.

The snow started around noon, but didn't get heavy until just now (4pm). Brought the coach home to plug it in and run the furnaces so I don't freeze anything. It is right at 32 now, but going into the 20s tonight and tomorrow night.

This is crazy for this late into April. The average last freeze is April 15th. It has been over 20 years since we had snow in April.

Yep. That's snow on the windshield.



It wasn't sticking to the grass when I took these, but it really is now.



Deck, hot tub and grill are definitely covered

Remember I grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago. I will not forgot my freshman year conference track meet, it was the first week of May and I was using my umbrella to protect myself from the snow. Glad I am in the south now.

Went out for a walk to get my new glasses. It is 53 here. I had to wear my puffy because with the wind i was cold. Yes that would be my winter coat but i did not have a sweatshirt on underneath

We are with Denise on the freezing weather. 2nd morning with temps below freezing. Both yesterday and today are record lows. Furnaces still running in the coach, but this should be the last of the cold stuff this season. Going to be in the 70s and 80s next week.

Heading out camping again tomorrow. Going to be highs near 60 , but rain Friday night and Saturday morning. Sunday should be great. Sunny and high in the upper 60s.

Sorry about the cold gang. It's a little chilly here this morning too.
At 9:46, sitting here on a conference call the outside temp is 68.4 with 49% humidity.
Birds are loud outside so I'll have to wait till I get off the phone to open the sliders.

I can tell you're really missing the "seasons". If I never saw temps below 60 again, I'd be very happy.

It was cold this morning. One good thing about the injury, I did not go out and run in it. I did recumbent bike this morning inside. I had to go to the office this morning. It was 38. i had on my puffy, a hat, and gloves. It should be 60 by the time i get home.
